Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Reno

I normally like to bring my family here as it's a fun snack for everybody. It was concerning when I came today and there was a homeless person who smelled like a trash can charging his three devices off of an outlet in the seating area while he mumbled to himself. Nonsensical crazy talk. Makes me seriously consider coming back to this business. I feel like at a certain point employees should trespass people who have no real purpose here.

I understand the business owner has his response but ultimately it's private property and is his and his employees responsibility to trespass people who do not belong. It's up to him to decide whether or not he wants to allow this atmosphere to continue in his store. All you have to do is tell the gentleman he is trespassed and he needs to leave. If he refuses then call the police and say I want him arrested. It's just that simple. If given that circumstance the police refused to show up and refuse to arrest him, then I would certainly say that it's not your fault. But if you've not gone down that path yet then I don't see how you can just blame society for this issue.

Coldstone Used To Be One Of My Favorite Places, As Their Ice Cream Has Always Been Very Delicious. However, CS Has Not Been As Efficient In Getting Orders Out. They Say They Offer Delivery Through Doordash But They're Almost Always "Closed" Since They're So Busy. Ive Been There About 4 Times In The Last 6 Months And Ive Noticed That They Never Have More Than 2-3 Employees Serving 25+ People At A Time. Customers Get Frustrated That The Orders They Place In Advance Take Even Longer To Come Out Than Those Those Orders Were Placed In Person. This Is Actually What Happened Today When I Went In. A Gentleman Had Been Waiting 45 Minutes For 2 Ice Creams When We Arrived. About 15 Minutes Passed And The Employees Said They Couldn't Find His Order. He Showed Them On His Phone And They Said They Would Put It In Next. We Got Our Order 5 Minutes After That Which Was Actually 30 Minutes After Our Order Was Said To Be Ready--And He Was Still Left Waiting. Its Not Efficient For Customers That Have To Wait So Long For Orders That Used To Take 2 Minutes And Wrong to Leave Employees To Keep Up With That Many Orders...

Jessica and Ione went extra miles to help me out even when the store was closed they also spent times reaching out to door dash and follow up by calling me and made sure the cake was ordered and delivered. Door dash app didn’t make it easy I would not recommend anyone to use this app again ! Cold stone won’t be able to see the order until one hour prior to delivery which doesn’t make any sense ! Ione had to call door dash to get the order number. I had to spend one hour on the phone even get their supervisor involved ! The person answered the phone has a very very strong accent that can be barely understood! My $35 cake turned into $61.78 by door dash as they charged $45 for the small cake when cold stone staff told us it’s $35 but on door dash app only one price for 6 inches $45 plus all the fees …..!
