I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Worst service ever, and here it goes, you have been warned:
My order went through to the store at 6:45 pm online. By 7:20 nothing, so I called the store. The manager said that there was a "remake" with the pizza, and that they were short delivery drivers. I seriously doubted this excuse and my friend had mentioned that he had had orders dropped before. The manager said it would be between 8:00pm and 8:15 for delivery. I asked for compensation for this extended 1 1/2 hour wait on my order. The manager offered a brownie. That was a weak compensation, but I accepted it.
Then at 7:45 I received a text indicating the driver was on the way. The driver didn't show up until AFTER 8:15. I actually called the store and my friend said he saw the driver pulling up as I was on the phone, so I let the phone call go. The driver took my money first, I told him I wanted to check the pizza. I opened the box, which was sunken, and touched the pizza, which was old looking and luke-warm. I had my friend look at the pizza, and then I told the driver it wasn't hot, and I wanted my money back. I asked about the brownie too, because he didn't have it, just the pizza and pasta I ordered. "I don't know anything about that," he responded.
Considering the text for delivery came at 7:45, we were probably the last stop by this deliver driver, when we should have been the first, since my order was initially made at 6:45--almost 2 hours prior. This driver knew he was giving me an old pizza and didn't care. If I hadn't checked it before refusing it, I would have a soggy, luke-warm pizza.
If he had any customer service skills, he would have just given the order to me free. 2 hours. I've never had service this bad at any Domino's, or any to-go food place ever. This store should be retrained or shut down. The food tracker didn't even...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible!! Worst customer service EVER! I called on the phone for over an hour attempting to place a delivery order, and it’s continued to ring. And then I went to the store in person without realizing carry out was closed. So I let them know my situation. When I arrived while explaining my issue the manager continued walking up and ignoring, muting, or answering the calls and handing up instantly to avoid more work. Instead of answering my phone call or telling the manager to do so the delivery driver continued to try getting me not to order! By saying “well if you call the store I mean I’m kind of busy so I don’t know what to tell you” he continued doing this for about 30 minutes instead of asking his manager to answer the get phone. And then finally closed the door and ignored me with his back turned as he continued filling others orders. As I had originally pulled now up 2 other customers stomped away angry with the same experience and another right after me attempted as well. Instead he reminded me that we can order online nowadays like I’m new to the internet. So we’ll see if I receive my order. But as of now it’s not looking so well even AFTER placing my order online like he had suggested. This store ALWAYS has some kindness of issue and nearly every time it’s be an ordering or food...
Read more2-8-19 store closes at 1am, no reason to stop answering the phone at 11:55 pm...This place deserves negative stars .I don't even know where to begin .. First let me start by saying that 2 of my bad experiences with this location have 1 thing in common -- the manager that was on duty...She stops answering the phone 1 hour before the store closes. I know I don't need to explain the problems that can arise from this. Last time I placed an order online the manager Im speaking of was on duty . I placed my order 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing... It never came, I called and their phone rang off the hook--- just like tonight.. My phone number differs from the one listed in their system and I tried to call before my order went out for delivery so their was NOT any confusion.... I was on the phone listening to it just ring for over 20 mins... GRRRR....I had to call another location to get a hold of someone and ask this manager why they weren't answering their calls. Managers who are above this person seriously need to make sure this person is doing their job ! Your business does depend on it. I for one will start eating before I get to work I refuse to be at the mercy of this sorry excuse for a night...
