Inclined Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Reno

I gotta say as a fairly regular customer at both the original location in Incline Village as well as the location on Robb Drive that this location is so far, by far, the best location of the 4 in all respects. The food was perfectly prepared and everything about it was top quality (Potato buns were a major upgrade). The atmosphere of the place feels modern with self serve kiosks to order from with plenty of seating (Including the Inclined seating on the roof with a fantastic view of Mt. Rose & Slide Mtn!!!) and friendly staff members who went above and beyond to improve our experience. Parking can be sort of tricky in this area for any establishment you are interested in so it's a good idea to browse your map before hand to scope out some street parking areas before you go and get caught up in the rush hour chaos. If I may pitch my two cents to management on the new self serve kiosks, I love having them however for people less technologically inclined the interface may feel a little overwhelming or crowded at first. I can't be for certain how hard it is to adjust the look of the interface but I would recommend trying to condense the 20 or so selections on the left down to a few groups that you can choose from at the beginning that lead you to more choices as you select the options / food items that you want. None the less, myself as an avid enjoyer of burgers can confidently say that Reno has a new establishment in the running for best burger in Washoe County and I highly recommend for new residents and visitors alike whom are looking for a burger (and other things) of the highest quality in the Reno...

The long story... I've been to other locations and they were great! This one has a great atmosphere! And a top story deck! That's cool!

I ordered using the app...so I got to put in exactly what I wanted....right? Nah...that's not what happened. They didn't put cheese on ANY of the CHEESEburgers. Melty cheese makes for a good cheeseburger right? They "fixed" it by offering me slices of cheese or taking back our burgers and putting cheese on them. I opted for them melting some cheese onto our "cheese"burgers. What I got, was, they added a cold slice of cheese onto our burger. 😂 Well, it is what it is. Now I understand why it was so dead. One more thing! There wasn't anyone eating there when we showed up. But every table needed to be wiped down. 40 bucks for 3 regular CHEESEburgers and 1 side of fries.

I will start out by saying, Jimmy was absolutely amazing! He offered water for my service dog as soon as I walked in from the heat. My girlfriend was VERY picky about how she wanted her drinks made but he powered through with a GREAT attitude and made them to perfection. Jimmy was funny and a great conversationalist. Food was 10 out of 10. I was full when I came in here but we just wanted to try a couple bites; I walked out having eaten almost everything because it was so good. Atmosphere is good and clean. Highly recommend...
