Amazing food… USUALLY, but terrible drunk employees at service tonight. My boyfriend and I always order their wings and big slices of pizza; amazing by the way. Probably one of our favorites. But today was sadly different. It was our first time picking up, we came in at 8:40PM on a Tuesday. When my boyfriend walked in he saw two possible cooks and a woman shotgunning beers in the kitchen, where it’s open for even those dining in to see. Funny enough the bartender was the only one, not drinking. Waited about 10 minutes and a somewhat drunk woman/host asked what he needed. She couldn’t pronounce my name correctly and kept asking what the last name was even though he had gave it to her over and over. This took about another 10-15 minutes or so. Once that was sorted out; when we got home, our order was completely wrong. We paid $84 total. The 2 pounds of wings was only 1 pound. We even weighed it because we thought we were over exaggerating. We also tried their popular nobleman pizza but it didn’t even have any meat on it, well it didn’t have any of the toppings it should’ve had. They only put black olives, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and mozzarella which was what we added on additionally ($2-3 each topping) We peeled the pizza apart and found no meat. For a $42 pizza I’d at least expect the toppings they say would be on there.. I’m pretty sure everything would’ve been perfect if half the staff weren’t drunk. I’d definitely come here again, but in the afternoon or morning and only dine in.

Took guests who came into town for graduation because they'd seen this place on tv... walked in and was not greeted. Several customers had the same issue behind us. Trevor finally showed up and was very friendly .. after getting our drinks and food he advised if he's not around to notify bartenders to close up tab. The pizza was way over priced for how soggy and small it was, the wings were supposed to have been 2 kinds and were all mixed, we couldn't tell the difference. After having mediocre food we decided to leave and tried to get the bartender's attention, she seemed extremely bothered that we asked for our tab, she didn't even bother to print it or hand to us. Trevor came around the corner and finally got us our bill and needless to say were SHOCKED at the extra charges for ranch we didn't ask for, 3% fee to "dine in" and an automatic "large party 17% tip"! We were a party of 4! Who would want automatically tip for horrible service and overpriced mediocre food?! I called the restaurant to ask what a "large party" was considered to have been charged that fee, as we couldn't find it anywhere on their menu... was told that the fee is based on a dollar amount spent! And the dine in fee ... that's just absurd. I'm guessing most people don't notice all these extra fees on the receipt, it's no wonder service is horrible when they automatically add a tip to your bill based on money spent vs size of party or quality of service

I have celiac disease and follow a strict gluten free diet. I’m always nervous about going to places that primarily make gluten-containing foods, but my partner was really craving pizza so I gave it a shot. I am happy to report I did not get sick! Their gluten free crust was so good that I had to call the server over to double check that it was gluten free. We absolutely loved the chill and eclectic ambiance of the place and the food was delicious. We waited a while for our pizza, but we also ordered wings and a salad and those came out beforehand. They brought the wings (so dang good btw) out and we finished them completely before they brought out the salad, and finished the salad completely before they brought out the pizza. This may annoy some people as I think some people like to have some things at the same time, but we didn’t mind at all as we were not in a hurry and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We also got some cider and beer on tap and loved that as well. We will absolutely go back!

This is my first (and hopefully last) one star review as a Google local guide. While the pizza was good for a take out or Ubereats delivery, we experienced terrible service at the hands of one of the co-owners of the establishment. We brought several of our out-of-town friends to eat here and our large group split over a few checks. After one of our friends ordered a couple non-alcoholic beverages, but was told IN FRONT OF US they didn't sell it and was advised to go next door to purchase it, the co-owner noticed the two inexpensive non-alcoholic beverages from next door and came over to our table and made a big scene out of our friend breaking an unadvertised no outside beverage policy.

Our combined checks for the evening were well over $200 before tip and the co-owner felt it imperative to make a stink over $5 in non-alcoholic beverages. When our friend advised them he had been instructed by the bartender/clerk to go next door to purchase the beverages (which were not available in Noble Pie at the time), the owner did not leave well enough alone and went back to the bartender to quiz him on what we witnessed him telling our friends. We suspect the bartender was likely in fear of losing his job and denied having told our friend what the rest of us witnessed.

The co-owner then came back over to make a second scene at the table when the point was made after the first visit. He called our friends liars. It was brought to his attention at this point it had been 45 minutes since their order was placed and it had not come out when the other two checks had food delivered to the table already. Rather than apologizing for the delay after his grandstanding and offering to investigate, the co-owner instead shrugged his shoulders, raised his hands and said "it's Friday night" as if that was excuse enough. Their food never came and when they gave up and went to the register to get a refund, the owner was "unable to find their order" despite our friends having credit card transaction notifications on their mobile device proving their purchase. I'm looking at a copy of the credit card authorization as I write this review. I suspect the owner deleted the order out of spite to make sure our friends didn't get their food.

We were embarrassed as new residents of Reno that our friends experienced such abominable service in a restaurant we recommended to them. All of us literally had our mouths agape and were stunned at how shabbily the bearded guy who identified himself as one of the co-owners of noble pie handled the situation.

As a business owner myself, clearly he makes money IN SPITE OF what he is doing, not BECAUSE OF what he is doing. Because of this treatment and the multiple times the co-owner had an opportunity to take the high road and chose not to, we obviously will not be back and we will steer every one of our friends and family away from Noble Pie. You can read his disproportionate, personal, antagonistic counter-review (which I've included as a photo just in case he tries to delete it) as proof of his negative attitude that our group experienced.

As I noted at the beginning of this review this is my first one star review. That is because I am loath to give them as I generally find them useless and representative of a one-off bad experience, things like a dirty bathroom or bad entree. Had this been at the hands of anyone other than one of the co-owners, and had their not been multiple opportunities for him to rectify the situation and behave in a more proportionate and less shabby way toward us, I probably would have avoided leaving this review all together. But this guy's attitude clearly permeates in a negative way those below him and around him. So here I am with a one-star review well over a week after dining there because the memory of the night stunk so badly and it's still an...

Went here for a chill night to eat wings, pizza and beer with some friends on a patio. Pretty simple concept in my opinion. This place however, struggles to execute that.

We ordered wings/fries and 2 large pizzas at 8:25pm, the wings came within 15 minutes and were amazing. However, 9:35pm rolled around on a not overly packed night and our pizzas still hadn't arrived 55minutes after we got our wings. Not a huge deal, i went in and asked for an update, the gentleman inside told me a few minutes and its coming. Which it did...

Upon the pizza arriving, the young girl who decided to carry 2 GIANT pizzas in one trip by herself, dropped the pizzas on the ground right at our feet. We stood up shocked, letting out a "woah" and a "oh my gosh" as a reaction to the pizzas being dropped, but immediately grabbed paper towels from the table and started picking it up ourselves. The server girl however ran away and began sobbing. Half our party cleaned as much as we could off the ground ourselves, while a couple others went to check on the server who was upset to tell her that it was okay! This woman with the server proceeded to embarrass our friends by saying we should be embarrassed for laughing at her- which we didn't laugh at her but the server was telling other people we did- unprofessional. After we walked away embarrassed nothing else was said to us after that. Zero communication. Not an apology for dropping our pizzas on the ground after we waited an hour- even though we know it was an accident an acknowledgment that they were sorry would have been nice. No one even communicated that they were making new ones, we sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to at least come back and finish cleaning up the rest of the cheese and meat on the ground when we cleaned up most of it without help from the workers. After waiting we decided we didn't want to wait for what could possibly have been another hour for our pizzas. We went inside and requested a refund and the server can storming out from the back to say she would take it out of her tips because it was her fault. My friend then proceeded to tell her it wasn't a big deal we just wanted to go somewhere else. She didn't look at us or even apologize. We got our refund but still left with a bad taste in our mouths.

We all work in the service industry and understand being understaffed and having bad nights. We also know accidents happen and we were not even mad she dropped the pizzas just sad our food we waited an hour for ended up on the ground. The customer service aspect was not there. Instead of helping clean it up, apologizing, getting us new pizzas, and possibly offering free drinks or something to compensate for our wait time, they did nothing. The server told other guests we laughed at her and didn't do anything to fix the situation. We would love to support local businesses because we know how hard the past couple years have been, but after the way we were treated we will not...

Unreal. We stood in the establishment for 15 minutes no one once walked up to greet us nothing. 2 other groups of people walked in and they were greeted immediately. We drop the menus and walk out and as we left I said "Thanks for such a warm welcome" She responded your welcome and continued helping the other folks. Absolutely terrible. Nice how black people get treated at some places. Thanks for nothing.

Response from Owner: Roman. We do not have table service. You order at the counter. I was actually there when you arrived as I was leaving. I witnessed the bartender call out to greet you by saying "Welcome in!" If she didn't, I would have stopped and told her to please greet every customer or I would have done it myself. She also said something along the lines of "come on up when you're ready", although perhaps you did not hear her. She then proceeded to do her job, which is to help people who come up to the counter to order.... a DIFFERENT young woman, who had no idea what was going on, was the one who said good bye to you when leaving. She works in the kitchen as was just out to help buss some tables. She had no idea that you hadn't eaten or were upset. So, your sarcasm was lost on her.

PS - We are a Jewish owned small business. We are no strangers to hate crimes, genocide, enslavement, cruel jokes, and persecution. We employ and serve people from every race, color, creed, sexual orientation, gender, transition, identity, or whatever else you can think of each and every day.

Not to mention.... there was a black couple in there eating when I got back from running my errand, about 30 mins after you left....

I am sorry that you perceived any malicious intent in your brief experience. Your remarks are offensive, irrational, and completely off-base.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for the response. Completely understandable that you don't have table service we kind of figured that out because of where the menus were located. No one approached us or spoke to us as we walked in or as we stood there. If that happened it was not to a volume that all 3 of us did not hear. I actually kept looking around to see if someone would actually approach us and that did not happen. The girl that walked past us multiple times did not say anything as we left. I leaned around the corner and stated “Thank you for the warm welcome” and she said “You're welcome” and nothing else.

I am familiar with your establishment and I have been following you all since you first opened. I have driven SEVERAL people to your business after you first attended The Chicken Wing festival I was, in fact, one of your first customers and supporters so yes I remember speaking with you all then about your humble beginnings and where you all are currently and have continuously supported you all. I still would like to support you all but this just rubbed us the...
