The pizza itself was great, service not so much. I was in town visiting my daughter and met here to have dinner with family. They offer 4 corner and 8 corner for the sizes. We asked about the sizes to determine what we would need to order. Everyone wanted to order their own individual pizzas so we all ordered a 4 corner. When Val the server brought my son and I our pizzas she had brought us both 8 corners which if you've had their pizzas, that's 4 pizzas for my son and I. I was confused and I had asked Val ohh why are there 2 of each. She immediately gave an attitude and rolled her eyes, stating it's the 8 corner. When our waiter came back over I had mentioned that we had only ordered the 4 corner for each pizza. He took the 2 extra no big deal. Then, when it came time for our check, there was some confusion, and they had put everyone's food on one check when we had specifically mentioned we were all separate tabs. After fixing the check issue and we were all looking over our bills, we noticed there was a 20% service fee. I've never been to a restaurant where this was a thing and after our experience there, no one was willing or waNting to pay a 20% fee plus tip with service that did not feel worthy of it. The manager made her way to the table to check in on us at the end to try and remedy the situation. She was very polite and was able to wave the service charge. But other then that the service was horrible, the guy taking our order did an OK job at trying his best to keep us happy but lacked enthusiasm or a friendly smile and Val was flat out rude...my son tried to hold the door open for her when she was tending to some outdoor tables and pretty much told him to get out of the way. I understand food service I've done it almost my whole life I know its stressful but they were lacking basic customer...
Read more2nd time here and the manager Sheila was so rude. We asked multiple people why 2 out of 3 in our group got our single pizzas first and our friend was still waiting on hers. Once our server let us know that it's because her bigger pizza takes longer it didn't make sense to us why wouldn't they put the bigger pizzas in first and then the singles since the bigger pizzas takes longer to cook. We were told by the manager it would be about 3 to 4 minutes for her pizza to come out then after about 10 minutes and we watch everyone around us get there pizzas we asked again and another server told us it would be about 30 to 45 minutes! Of course we were wondering how the time given before changed from 4 minutes to 45 minutes. After a while we asked another person "Sheila" who was getting very defensive when we were asking her what was going on with my friends food. Once I let her know we were watching everyone else around us get their food but not my friend she went to look at the orders and came back to our table to prove us wrong I guess. When we knew she wasn't right. She started yelling cussing and giving attitude then telling me that I needed someone to yell at when I am not one to yell at anyone. She was obviously having a bad day but she shouldn't take it out on the customer when the restaurant needs work. Then come to find out shes the manager. I cant believe someone like her is a manager. The owners really need to consider getting someone who is professional and can deal with conflict in a professional manner. We will not be back to this place until they get a new manager and fix their cooking system so their food comes...
Read moreRecently diagnosed celiac disease at age 40. I still remember what real pizza tastes like.... And this was legit great tasting gluten free, thick crust pizza!!! Delicious sauce! Caring staff members who made me feel safe. I've had several restaurants "gluten" me since getting the celiac diagnosis because cross-contamination is poorly understood. I basically get nervous every time I try a new restaurant. For example, I was just at Starbucks yesterday and asked if a particular drink contained gluten and the employee told me "Uh, I don't think so", to which I replied "I need to know for sure if it contains gluten because I could get really sick", to which she replied "I'm not 100% sure, but you're probably ok". This is happens to me everywhere I go, nobody understands the gluten allergy, and I'm either risking getting sick, or just not able to eat anything. So this pizza restaurant and the FABULOUS employees are an incredible breath of fresh air! My Pizza came out with gluten free labels, and there were appetizers that were also gluten free. The pizza comes on a wire rack which means it's not sitting in a greasy tray getting all soggy, very thoughtful. The employees CLEARLY work together in this restaurant and understand how to operate their business professionally. My boyfriend who is not gluten free enjoyed his regular pizza and hot honey sauce, and agreed the pizza was delicious. These people respect their customers, and go to great efforts to make you feel good about eating here. I wholeheartedly recommend you give this place a try! We will return again and again! Thank you. Also. Best tasting ranch...
