I Drive for Uber Eats and every single time I come into this Taco Bell on Moana and Kietzke I am treated like I don’t exist. The food that is ordered through these apps are already paid for. So why is that 3, 4 or 5 cars will go through the drive through, be able to to order the food, wait for the food to be made, pay in the line and be about their day. Again my food is already ordered paid for! I just have to pick it up and yet repeatedly I will come in, no one engages me at all. No “Hello” “We will be right with you” “How’s your day” I am talking literally zero engagement in the lobby. And eventually after 25 minutes they will ask who you are here for. But if I go to the drive through and tell them I have an order for So and So they tell me I have to go in the lobby. Absolutely garbage service to drivers. If you are a delivery driver avoid this place at all costs. Even with bonuses in the South Reno area it still doesn’t make up for the fact that they will take an order that in the app says 17 minutes to drop the food off to the customer and somehow not even have it in your hands for 30+ minutes. And this is not the first time with this Taco Bell on Moana. This Taco Bell on Moana has done this to me a dozen times or more. Even on my slowest middle of the week days I won’t even accept a order from this Taco Bell anymore. The only reason I am here posting this today is because there was a bonus today and I thought it might even it out but I just can’t stand the service and lack of respect for the drivers at THIS Taco Bell on Moana. The other Taco Bell’s seem to have it together but this one absolutely will waste your time as a delivery driver. Read moreI recently had a truly terrible experience at the Taco Bell located at 601 E Moana Lane on June 11th around the 3:00 pm hour. I had placed a mobile order in advance, hoping to save time and enjoy a quick meal. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered as they completely forgot about my order. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, it took them a whopping 25+ minutes to prepare my food. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, one of the employees, a young Caucasian man with blonde hair, displayed a shocking lack of hygiene. He made my Watermelon Berry Lemonade Freeze while wearing the same gloves he had just used to touch the garbage bin. It was clear to me that there was a serious issue with cross-contamination. I had to personally intervene and request that he remake the drink with fresh gloves. This incident was not only repulsive but also a blatant disregard for basic food safety standards.
The food I finally received was not only incorrect and gross but also disappointingly cold. It seems that not only did they fail to prioritize my order but also managed to serve me a subpar meal. The entire experience left me feeling disgusted and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Taco Bell location to anyone. The combination of forgetfulness, poor hygiene practices, and substandard food quality is a recipe for a terrible dining experience and potential food poisoning. Read moreI went inside tacobell to pick up my doordash order. The guy in a purple shirt with his earpieced looked at me and didn't say anything and walked away. I went to the bathroom and came out to get my order to find him on his cellphone outside for 15, 20 minutes. He comes back inside and talks to a guy to my right and a guy to my left. Still ignoring me like I'm invisible. He asked his coworkers rudely where are they on the orders they tell him. Guess what he is back outside on his phone for another 10 to 15 minutes. I asked him nicely if he could please help his team out so I could get my order for my customer. He started to yell at me and another person that was upset by his behavior started telling him how unprofessional he was. The worker came from behind the counter and was yelling how rude we were and was going to fight the guy in the lobby. He told me you are being rude and I'm not giving you your doordash order. They have to cancel it because I'm not giving you your food. I was waiting for 40 minutes and had to have my doordash order canceled. This is the short version of what happened. I left very frustrated. I asked for his name but wasn't given it. The manager on-site said I will handle this. Really because I had to leave with no food.
