Tahoe Taphouse — Restaurant in Reno

I recently visited the Draft House at the airport, and my experience with the bartender was extremely frustrating. I ordered a Bees Knees cocktail, which was advertised on the promo sign right outside the restaurant. To my surprise, the bartender claimed they didn’t offer that drink. When I pointed out that Gunpowder Gin (a key ingredient) was sitting on the shelf behind her, she insisted they didn’t carry it.

After finally finding the bottle and the recipe (despite the Bees Knees being a simple and well-known cocktail), her attitude shifted, and she became visibly irritated with me for insisting on what was clearly advertised.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of product knowledge, and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. A restaurant that advertises cocktails should at least have bartenders who know their own menu and how to make basic drinks without frustration. Very...

This place was horrible. Staff was rude, inattentive, and cared less. As most airport bars can get busy, we expect some waiting. No one would clear any table so we could sit. We asked 3x's. We had no interaction from any worker for 10 minutes. Eventually we were able to order drinks, of course...what was on the menu was not available. I ordered the chili and was warned that it was extremely HOT- I've had warmer beer at the lake. The food was cold and the service was horrendous. I'd expect this place...

So I go to the bar, put money in the machine and wait until the bartender comes near me to ask for a coffee. Long story short she talks me "no", next guy comes up and orders food and a coffee and she's happy to get it. I ask if I can have one too. One of the customers overheard and said "wow I just caught that". Oh I hit on the machine and like to tip 10% if I win and money up front for a tip. She messed up and...
