Vino Volo — Restaurant in Reno

Wow, this was probably my best airport dining experience ever. The service was great. I wish I knew the bartender's (or is that sommelier?) name, but he was excellent.

Friendly, helpful and attentive to the point where a person who's not accustomed to being attended to might feel uncomfortable accepting such gracious service. 😊.

It was like a trip back to 2019, pre-COVID, pre-staffing shortages, pre unending excuses for lapses in service or quality due to a staffing, supply shortage or logistics challenge.

The wine was great, atmosphere was relaxing, food was freshly prepared and tasty (and delivered to my table by the chef). The service was the cherry on top.

... I'll be looking for reason to fly...

Great menu, wine list and vibe. Stuck at the airport for hours on end and this place saved us! Met new friends, drank a great Sauvignon Blanc, had buratta and happily killed time.
