An excellent family of wines, whether you're just looking for a tasty treat to pair with a meal, or a seasoned wine afficiando. There's something here for everyone. The Drum Roll red is an excellent table wine (I don't use the term as something derogatory, but as a positive term that truly defines what a great all-around wine can and should be) that pairs well with just about any and everything. And it drinks great by itself as well. Their Cabernet Manet is a bit more advanced, striking really lovely deepness and complexity , without the schtick of forcing jaminess down your throat. Definitely give Drum Roll Wines a shot. You'll be well rewarded with some very pleasing flavours that will keep you coming back. Full disclosure...I'm not a wine expert, by any means. Thank you, Matt, for your friendly conversation and don't forget to visit Fredericksburg TX Wine Country if you ever...

The syrah and cabernet are also fantastic every time. In theory, from year to year with each passing vintage, they can't all be winners. But I have yet to experience a red from Drum Roll that I didn't care for. They must know what they are doing. I guess you can't go wrong with Drum Roll in taste, nor in price! Oh, and they are in Washington have have yet to complain about shipping to Florida. We are at opposite ends of the Earth and the bottles have always arrived...
