My son and I just wanted breakfast. I decided McDonalds for a quick breakfast before my sons Dr's appointment and we had the worst experience of my life at a McDonalds, hence a zero star rating. We place our order, pull up to pay and the girl reads off our order and I say my breakfast sandwich was ordered as a meal, she immediately cops an attitude to my surprise, then says well I did't take your order in a rude tone and throws her headphones on to the counter. I reluctantly went over the order with her, paid and at that point she slams the window closed. We pull forward and I ask to speak with the manager and this girl goes to talk to someone at which time the rude girl comes up front and obviously knows that I am asking to speak to the manager and she is laughing about it and as you can imagine, I am very upset at this point. The girl returns and says the manager is busy, hands me the order and that she is a manager as well, I don't believe her and say that I doubt that and that I will wait, she then talks to the manager? I am not sure I was even talking to a manager at this point and explain what happened. The manager says she will talk to the girl and goes over my order at this time I notice the order was wrong i was over charged and I am super upset and not satisfied with the outcome of the conversation with the manager? I then ask for my money back, afraid that the food was also tainted, we do that transaction and we leave without breakfast and extremely upset and I have to say that I am not mentioning the ethnicity of this person because that would take away from the actions mentioned in this experience. I am so upset that I search for a way to talk to a higher representative come to find a phone number and mailing address only, no names or rank, I will be calling and writing a formal complaint which may or may not do any good unfortunately. Read moreI was working across the street this morning and I walked over right after 10 am hoping to catch breakfast. The dining room was closed , ( opens at 11 ). I was starving and had been thinking about a McGriddles all day , ( I don’t eat fast food , today was an exception) my co workers and I watched a guy walk through the drive through. They served him and gave him his food. I was desperate, really hungry, so I walked through the drive through. I asked the order machine if they allowed walk through sand I got no response. I waited a few mins before walking forward to the window to see if anyone was there Nobody , I waited a few mins , Finally , a guy walks by , looks at me and keeps walking, doesn’t say “ just a second “ or “ we only serve cars in the drive through” he didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there except the glance . I finally gave up , walked across the street to go back to work and turned back and there was someone right there . Of course. . It just sucked . Wasn’t horrible service or anything, just was no service at all , then the kid looking and walking away. . Plus they served the guy right before me. . They weren’t busy either , nobody inside. . I never eat out and I really wanted that stupid...

Failed to give 2 items on first trip. A drink for one of the Happy meals, a fry for one of the meals. Ontop of that, a broken honey packet was put in the bag and leaked over everything. All accidents. I'm lodging a complaint because when I came back to get my missing items, after waiting in line again, I was challenged over both of the items as if it were my fault or lying and wasting my time coming back to trick them out of a fry and apple juice.
Oh, and then they gave me a smaller size than I ordered (They gave me the smallest size on the receipt instead of what was missing as they were told). I paid more for a large yet it was purposely refused because your employees didn't want to accept they were wrong.
This isn't good Customer Service.
Edit: I was contacted by a manager who apologized and offered free meal compensations which I declined. I did not want free or extra food. I wanted the food I ordered and to not be treated like I'm trying to hussle them out of a french fry.
