Look, I don't want anyone working here -- who is working hard -- to feel discouraged. The problem is not what or how you make the consumables. As far as I can tell, the organization of orders and delegation of tasks is in need of serious revision.
Corporate, this is a review for you. I will throw no shade your way. This is my account of the situation:
Please fix the organization of this location. I have ordered here on 3 separate occasions, with varying times throughout the month. Unfortunately, each time I went, my drink was incorrect. It's a grande latte, hot. Nothing special. The first time was the drive through (very busy) and "my order was lost" -- the second time, I drove through with no line, and they gave me the wrong order. When I said that it wasn't my order the employee panicked and was fine with making another one (okay cool, except now there are 4 cars behind me and the orders started stacking up), so I just accepted the wrong order. Whatever, no big deal. The third time, I walked in (hoping to give a third chance and hopefully get the thing I actually ordered -- like maybe it was the drive through, you know?) And gave my order. Same drink. 15 minutes later, standing in the waiting space, an employee, looks at me and goes, "can I help you?" I responded, letting them know I had made an order for two drinks. They lost my slip, yet again. Then they had to check my starbucks card to ensure I actually paid (annoying but fair enough)... The drink came iced, even though the employee saw my order on the screen and I had recaped my order. Are you guys for real? How is this location so dysfunctional when the one down the street runs like a well oiled machine? Honestly I don't know, but corporate starbucks, I will not be heading back to this location again. It's a waste of my time when I can drive down the street to the other location, on maple valley highway and have zero issues. I will not come back here again. 3 strikes starbucks, the two stars are for the staff, sweating their butts off to make the orders among chaos and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 6 things, 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches. It took over 40 minutes for us to get everything, and it was 5+ minutes in between each item, with the longest wait being 15 minutes. The order should have come out together or as close as possible with how starbucks's queue system works. They prioritized the drive-through, and even that was slow. 2 sandwiches were given at the proper temp, but one was clearly sitting for a while, forgotten about. They made the iced drink the wrong size and without the extra shots asked for and the wrong type. The two hot chocolates were watery and didn't taste like chocolate, when asked about, the Coffee Master blamed it on the machine, when that is impossible with it being only mocha sauce, milk, and whipped cream. The atmosphere was loud, and seats were uncomfortable. I get that they were busy, but sound absorption needs to be better with sound tiles or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen going to this location for years, just writing a review.
Turnover at this location is high, which I have never known to be a great thing. So every time I go in and order the same drink, it's still different every time.
Secondly the food is sub par. Reheating isn't rocket science. Formulate a plan, and have that be standard.
I had to stop ordering iced teas at this establishment altogether. For some reason, they would make the tea, forget about it, then when I have been standing there for 15 minutes ask what I am waiting on, and then proceed to tell me my drink was forgotten about 'again' and needs to be remade.
They prioritize drive through. Remote orders will never be done on time. It's becoming normal that when I order through the app, that my food is ready a full 15 minutes before my drinks, if the drinks ever come.
All in all over the years, this establishment location has...
