Dunkin' — Restaurant in Revere

If you can avoid going to this Dunks during the overnight shift I suggest doing so. The people who work this shift are truly one of a kind! I said Thank you so many times just trying to get them to be polite back that they must have thought I had a speech problem. When I placed my order the first thing I asked for was a bottle of soda and a medium cup of ice next a medium ice coffee, hash browns then I asked if they got my coke I asked for and lastly a English muffin. My friend and I went and sat down and waited for our food. We heard someone yell "LADIES FOODS DONE". I got up to get the food and the server tossed my bag across the counter making some of my hash browns roll across the counter top! I just looked at her in sheer shock! When I realized my coke wasn't given to me I went back up to the counter and said you didn't give me my Coke her response was I didn't charge you for it! By this point I was so aggravated and really angry at how I was treated that I just got my belongings and left the store. I planned on going next door to 7 eleven but they weren't open this early in the morning yet. So my friend said she'd go back into Dunks for me to get me my drink. She wanted to see if maybe it was just me they were having some issue with. So she went in and said Good Morning, Can I please have a Coke and a medium cup of ice to go,Thank You?! They gave her a total, oh by the way I forgot to mention I had given these women a $1 plus change tip! Where was I oh yeah they gave her the total and she said Thank You and gave them a tip as well. Neither of the 2 ladies there that waited on either of us on either occasion had enough manners to say Good Morning, Thank You, Please, Have a Nice Day NOTHING! This is the most unpleasant place to start your day at! I would highly recommend to find some other place to get coffee early in the mornings. Because this place will make you have a terrible start...

I had a problem with my drink today. It was the Matcha iced and Rosita. I think that’s her name. She said that she was the general manager and that I can bring my drink to have a remain as I entered into the store. She yelled at me in front of a whole bunch of customers telling me why I didn’t bring the drink back and I told her you did not tell me the drink. Bring the drink back This place here seems like all of the employees was in prison. She was yelling and they seemed like they was terrified to work around this lady, and for her to be the general manager I will be reporting her to corporate if I was you guys I will stay away from the store because the way this lady yelled and screamed it was talking out of her head And I have my small child with me. Who right now is. Is scared and uncomfortable to even go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts because the way this lady was talking to me I wanna report her...

I come here all the time. Have been for years. Usually I have no problem and love it, but lately it’s just terrible. I order the Midnight Brew, black - exclusively. Get it all the time. The employee told me they’re out of it. Huh? That’s new. I ask for Holiday blend in place of it. They audibly sigh and go to make my coffee. I’m then presented with a Midnight Brew. Huh? You just said you were out of it. Yet because I asked for a brew that’s also been recently released in place of my usual Midnight Brew, they had to make a fresh pot anyway. So they lied to my face because they just didn’t want to make fresh coffee for people who are paying for it. It was brewed horribly by the way, clearly brewed poorly out of contempt for the customer.
