Terrible Starbucks. I went in for my regular order mind you i am a manager myself at a current Starbucks location. My order was incorrect so i tried to guide the partner making my beverage through it ( i told her im a manager/barista myself and she continued to tell me i wasn't after stating my store number ) she had a nasty attitude, refused to remake my order because it was " correct " which mind you is against Starbucks policy considering were supposed to make the moment right and create the third experience& assume the best in others and this was far from it and then continued to argue with me in front of everybody in the store. This was highly inappropriate, the entire staff needs to be retrained on customer connection. Manager apparently didn't want to hear it either or reach back out to correct the situation so here i am leaving this review and contacting corporate. This location has been awful since it first opened. Every drink I’ve ever ordered besides maybe one has been made wrong. They do not know how to make cold foam either. I have shared my concerns with multiple managers who have no training in customer service. The staff are teenagers and young adults who have no basic human interaction skills. I have complained via the customer service on app and in person and it never changes.
Funny how ever reply on google is the same general reply, really sad they don’t value their customers. Whoever owns Starbucks are millionaires and that’s because of us, the customers spending $7 on a terribly made drink. This didn't happen because they were super busy, this happened because the lady was literally ignoring my order. I saw how she put the sticker with my name on two empty cups and then she proceeded to ignore them just to continue with the other orders.
