The location is right about a mile away from my house so this is my go to spot when I am in the mood for Dutch Bros; I only ever get 2 kinds of from here and one is an overly sweet treat to myself when I have a sweet tooth or a blended energy drink that gives me that boost I need on certain occasions. Muffin tops are something I didn't know were a thing until I tried them from here so I could not tell you they are the best out there but my first impression of them is they are pretty good and a nice snack with my drinks when I feel like wanting food. I will still give this establishment a higher review because the people that work here are always so nice; they've made me laugh a few times with their laid back personalities, never is it in an unprofessional manner just small talk in a way that makes you feel glad you stopped by. I highly do not recommend this Dutch Bros coffee location due their store employees having lack of customer service etiquette. I personally experienced, the worst customer service by an employee by the name of Cindy B. who works in the drive thru window in the evening work shift on Saturdays. This person was so rude that she gave me an attitude for asking a question, why my iced coffee drink barely had any cold foam? She rolled her eyes and demanded for any extra $1.00, if I wanted more cold foam on my drink; as if, I could not afford to pay an extra $1.00. Which I did paid an extra $1.00 for extra cold foam to be added onto my ice coffee which is a rip off because the employee by the of Cindy barley served any cold foam on my drink to begin with. In addition, beware of ordering any cold foams drinks because the employees will fail to server you a decent amount of cold foam on a drink that includes cold foam.
