I went in at 1:45 pm for a pick-up for an online order that part went smooth. Where I had issues with the cashier that shows on my receipt as Nick were the following:

1. grabbing a display coconut thinking it was the one for the order. He yelled a bit stating it's only display, I did not see any signs that were posted but this I would say more on management.
2. Grabbing a bag from the back where the sauces are located. While I will admit going around to grab a roll of bags where the access is between the register and the kitchen would be a potential safety risk, DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR HANDS ON SOMEONE. Trying to talk over someone is not the way of handing things. I understand trying to do your job but this is not the way of doing things. Get a manger if you can not manage this issue. He did this while mid helping a customer and having a long line.
3. The restroom floors were sticky and unkept. Nobody cleans daily? Even before/after the restaurant is open/closes. The food is great but this will...

Bad customer service, the person taking orders is not happy about his job, he doesn't make eye contact, do not respond to your questions, he is definitely not happy doing what he is doing. When I asked something about the menu, he immediately gave me a no with his head, I hadn't finished my question when he had already given a negative response. Observed him while waiting for my food, and he had that attitude with all the customers. He never smiled, greeted, or thanked any cusyomer.
