Aurelio's Pizza of Richton Park — Restaurant in Rich Township

I ordered a pizza from there. And when I got home a lot of it was burnt, and the pizza overall tasted charred. So I call back because I been going to this location for years, when I use to live out there, but now I stay way in IN. I was told by one manger that I could bring it back in and he would make me another pizza, but when I disclosed that I’m home in IN, and was not willing to make that 40min drive, Ray the manager told me he would take my name so when I come back the pizza that wasn’t edible, he would make the situation right! So today I call in and apparently Ray is on vacation…so I get a rude Manager name Kevin! He was very condescending and talked to me like I was lying, and as if I was a young urban youth! He told me and I quote, “No Ray wouldn’t have told you that, that’s not how we ROLL G”?! Excuse me?!Now is that professional? Absolutely not! And I guess maybe if my voice sounded as if I was a white adult, I wouldn’t have received this type of comment! I’m highly disappointed in this location and I’ve been a customer there since the 90’s anddd I drove why there from IN passing up several other ones surrounding me. I will be finding out who the owner of the specific location and let them know how their long time customers are...

Meh. I’ve experienced better, and we expect better for our money. The Aurelio‘s manager’s attitude on Saturday, September 8th, 2025, was basically “no big deal” to the order being 10 minutes late. But, what he failed to understand was - it put the entire process at risk. 1. I had to stop the class, step out, and call Aurelio to check the order. Then had to step out several more times to deal with Aurelio requesting the payment info. 2. The 10 minute delay in the process on Aurelio side did not allow the pizzas the standard processing time. So, by the time the pizza arrived, the cheese had melted and merged together (probably due to the pizza heat in the box), creating cheese pulling away from the crust. 3. The crust was not done, causing even more issues in separating a piece of pizza from one another. 4. In the driver’s haste to arrive with the pizza caused the pizzas to shift from the crust and caused the cheese to stick to the box as if the driver had dropped the pizzas several times. 5. we ordered a veggie spinach and mushroom. We got green pepper, peppers, and mushrooms. Not what we ordered. We placed a pizza order a day in advance to avoid...

After reading several of their reveiws I still wanted to give them a try but unfortunately it's just about like several people mentioned before. The person answered the phone sounded very short with me put me on hold for a long time and when I told him I wanted a pizza just like the one on their site he kind of chuckled and said he doesn't know what's on their site so I described it to him he yeah we dont have any pizza that sound like that. I tried to order something very close to what I was looking and looked like cheese pepperoni burger and sausage. Pretty simple I would think he said ok tax delivery ect it would be like 30 bucks I said wow that seemed a little high for a single pizza but I was still kind of on board then he said oh wait the delivery charge went up.
