This is the Los Amigos restaurant, rebranded as Nacho's Tacos. I've never been to Los Amigos but I can tell you all about "Nacho's Tacos". So I went there this week to get some Mexican Rice, Pico de Gallo, and a Horchata. I wanted enough for two people but they informed me that they only had enough rice for one person. I should've left then, but trying to get food and support a small business, I proceeded anyway. BAD IDEA. So I order rice and pico. They told me they couldn't get me a horchata because they only make their batched of horchatas on Taco Tuesday (I came on a Monday). Okay, fine so I just get the pico de gallo and the rice for one person instead. This rice was overcooked and dry as hell! See the picture. You can tell this rice was scraped up from the bottom of the pan and had to be at least a few days old. No kidding. I took one bite of the crunchy rice and threw it away. I was very disappointed that they would even be wiling to serve such trash. They must only make the rice once a week (on Taco Tuesdays), too. The rice I was served could've been up to 6 days old for all I know. Then the pico de gallo had very few tomatoes and huge leaves of cilantro. It was flavorless and disappointing as well. I wish I could've gotten a picture of it before I tried to add my own tomatoes, salsa, and seasonings at home. I was highly disappointed. The only positive I would say is that the cashier was nice and that free chips came with the pico de gallo. Please strive to sell fresh food and if you don't have any, don't serve it at all.

There was a point of time when I used to consistently go here with no problems but today I went here and brought a friend with me. He ordered 6 tacos and I ordered 11, he opened his at the restaurant and started eating while I was waiting on my order and his looked perfectly fine. I got home to discover since I ordered a big order they decided to give me very thin tacos with barely anything on it slopped together, they basically just looked like closed shells with nothing in them. I called the restaurant to see if they were willing to replace the thin tacos and they told me the manager claimed that’s how they are supposed to make them now due to an “increase on prices on meats” not knowing that I’ve seen my friends order of 6 that looked like normal sized tacos and they insisted that there was nothing that they could do about it. They have a very cheap and petty business model so be careful shopping with them! I normally don’t write reviews but this was a red flag for me and I would like to warn as many people as possible

Awsome. Tried this place for lunch and was very glad I stopped in. I got tacos, chorizo, steak, Barbacoa, and fried pork. Just trying to see what was good. Everything was great. My partner got chicken, and he loved his. This place is a great out of the way place.i highly recommend giving it a try if you are craving good Mexican food. They also cater ,so I plan to to give them a try at next jobsite meeting.

I ordered steak tacos from there and when I got home they looked and tasted like ground beef so I then proceeded to take them back thinking I got the wrong food. When I arrived the lady working the register showed me the ground beef next to the steak and there was no difference so I decided to just return it because I couldn’t shake the beefy taste. The lady then argued back and forth with me not wanting to give me a refund, mind you I only took a small nibble out of the food. She asked if I touched them or anything and at that moment I knew I wasn’t going back there because it gave me the impression she was going...
