My disabled father had a last-minute request on Valentine’s Day—he wanted me to order and pick up dinner for him and my mother. What started off a little rocky turned out to be a great experience in the end! When I arrived at Olive Garden’s OG to GO parking area, there were over 20 cars trying to squeeze into just eight pick-up spots. Instead of waiting in my vehicle, I went inside, where I ended up waiting about 40 minutes. Despite the chaos, I have to give major credit to the staff—they were working hard and handling everything with determination. We ordered a VERY large meal, and every single item was in our bag, cooked to absolute perfection. My parents are extremely hard to please, but this meal exceeded expectations. As Olive Garden fans, we know that food quality depends on location and the cook on duty, and this crew did not disappoint. That being said, the system could have been better. Everyone—whether they had pre-paid was given the same 5:30 PM pick-up time; and there were also people ordering on-site in the same line- which led to confusion. But even with those challenges, the staff was impressive. They deserve recognition for their patience, professionalism, and hard work! All in all, the food was fresh, accurate, and flavorful, making it a 🩷Valentine’s Day success!

It was a lazy Sunday, in regard to no cooking. I decided to take the family out for dinner. They offered the never ending pasta bowl. Sounded great. Well all things never ending... some should. We all ordered different match ups of the pastas being offered. No matter the combinations - it was all equivalent and very comparable to microwavable meals in the frozen section at the local low scale grocery or hospital in patient quality. Not memorable. Not tasteful; yes we added extra seasoning and that bland cheese they offer to spruce it up. Nothing helped. Noodles looked as if they were prepared for awhile, just rewarded in the rewarded sauce. Unlimited breads ticks paired well with the free water, not the meal. The salad.... tasted like Salad Express but what can you do at this point. First and last time experience. The server was awesome *****DANI*****. The hostess, unprofessional, got to listen to them complain about work schedules and who better be on time. Establishment was clean, inside and out. Ample parking. Pricing, im going to say not reasonable, in relation to taste and quality. Pictured...an extra dry Fettuccine Alfredo.

I’d say my experience was 3.5 / 5 starts but figure I’d give 4 starts to round it out No wait on a Friday evening. Great. Had plenty of parking. Nice hosted we’re kind. My waitress who’s name was Rachel/Rayshell or similar sorry I have bad name memory - but she was kind, thought it seemed she was a bit out of energy. She did get my orders right and asked me throughout if I was doing okay. The Ziti was yummy. Very filling, be cautious haha. Eggplant Parmigiana was delish. Spaghetti wasn’t my favorite - I am picky eater tho, it seemed undercooked a bit. Maybe I should’ve asked for more cheese but it wasn’t anyones fault I am picky. The Eggplant had a bit much of cheese on it, but overall delish. I also had the Chicken and a gnocchi soup and that was delicious too as were the breadsticks. The breadsticks and soup will fill u up so be cautious haha. I did feel a bit rushed at the end when the waitress was getting the payment screen ready / but I was able to sit for a few minutes after I paid. I had a sprite and lemon water that was good too. I will come back and do recommend.

Absolute WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. Hands down, and it's not even close.

It is Valentine's Day, and it's Friday. I'm perfectly aware and content with the fact that dining out at any location on this evening will be busier than usual. We decide to order online and select curbside pickup to avoid the rush. I received the text saying my order will be ready for pickup at 6:45p. When I arrive, the lot is packed, including every curbside spot. I park with other cars along the curb behind the curbside pickup spots. Reply to the text to check in and select 'not in a numbered spot' and leave a detailed description of where I'm located. Then I wait. And wait. And wait. No cars are moving, and I can see that the line for carryout extends all the way up front near the hostess station. It's been about 30 min since I had arrived, so I call to see what is going on. After being on hold for 10 min, my call is finally answered. At this point (7:25ish), I'm still calm and understand that they are busy, so I tell them that I've checked in for my order which was supposed to be ready 45 min earlier. I explain that I'm not in a numbered spot, but parked right across and confirm my vehicle details. "Your order will be right out," is what I am told. 30 min after that, I'm losing patience. The line continues to stretch to the front of the restaurant for carryout. I go inside and explain things to the hostess. She says that there is nothing she can do about it and that I have to wait in line for carryout to talk to someone. My order was ready at 6:45p. It is now 8p. From the back of the line, you can see all the to go orders lined up on the counter in the back getting cold. Finally, the woman in front of me stopped one of the staff members to speak to a manager. The manager never came. The restaurant itself had open seating everywhere. It was overly frustrating to realize that we could have come to eat at the restaurant, been seated, served, and been back at home in the amout of time that I sat there literally waiting for my carry out order which was made to save time. I finally get to the front of the line at 8:37p and get my predictably cold food that was indeed just sitting on that table for curbside for who knows long, and I had already paid over $100 (plus a tip) for the most mismanaged experience of my life.

What seemingly happened was that they stopped walking out the curbside orders altogether. It wasn't snowing when I got there, but started pretty heavy after the first hour. So, I don't think the snow was the reason they stopped bring orders out since they weren't coming out before the snow either. Instead of sending someone down the line to physically check in customers to make sure we got our orders fresh and timely, they instead had us approach the counter one by one in the order in which we stood in line. They could have called out the names as the orders were coming out. Nope. None of that. If the customer who was at the front did not have their order on the table, they were not told to step aside and check the next customer in line. Instead, they would go into the kitchen to wait for the first person's order to be complete before helping the next customer in line. I don't blame the employees. It's not their fault. This is just a sign of gross mismanagement. When I commented on my food being cold (1 hour and 52 min after the time I was told it was ready) I was asked if I wanted to see the manager. I made a comment that I didn't want to hold this line up any longer waiting for a person who didn't come the first time they were asked for. Then I suggested that someone actually walk down this line with all the bags just sitting there getting cold so people could actually eat the food they paid for on Valentine's while it was still warm.

Overall, it was a horrible experience that was unnecessary and could have easily been avoided with very little common sense applied, and because of this, I will never choose this location...

We visited on July 29. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk and the restaurant was not crowded. After about five minutes a young woman came and seated us. The waitress greeted us and about fifteen minutes later she took our order. While we were waiting, we noted that two empty booths across the aisle had not been cleared or cleaned. After a while we asked the waitress to report the dirty tables because it’s disrespectful to us as customers to leave them dirty. Then they were partially cleaned. However when the person who was cleaning became distracted by her phone she left without finishing cleaning the tables. When new customers came in, one table was cleaned so they could be seated. After some time passed, the second table was sprayed and wiped clean. The waitress was polite and accommodating but the food was so salty that we didn’t eat much of it and didn’t take it home. In addition to the food being too salty, what disturbed us most was the extremely unprofessional behavior of the employees. To be clear, our waitress was professional in her behavior and demeanor. However, her co-workers were having LOUD, inappropriate conversations that included SWEARING, which we as customers could hear although we were seated near the front of the restaurant. I notified the manager on duty of all this before we left. She was very concerned and seemed to appreciate the fact that I brought these observations to her attention. She apologized for our experience and took steps to make it us to us. My reason for posting the review is to encourage the TRAINING of young people who are hired to work with the public and in places of business. We have patronized this restaurant often and we have never experienced this before. We would like this restaurant to improve and continue to be a staple in...

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a Olive Garden. When I was seated the host stepped in and helped us because the waitress was not there yet. She asked us what would we like to drink. I asked to sample the wine of the day. She lefted and came back saying we no longer have wine samplers here. I knew that was impossible because every Olive Garden have and do wine samplers. I asked for the supervisor and she said she was sorry about the misunderstanding but they do have wine samplers there. She really didn't make me feel like it was a misunderstanding. When our waitress finally arrived to take our order she was nice but slow. She rarely checked on us. I got the unlimited soup and salad. She barely came to my table to see if I needed another bowl. She bought the kids food last. My Grand Daughter food came out when we was about to go. She had giving her food to someone else. She sat there waiting for at least 30 minutes. My Fiance did not eat his food due to the service being horrible. The supervisor apologized but she didn't do anything to help. She paid for the food which was ok. But the time we spent waiting on the food and how we were treated, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location until everyone has had some type of training. They really need help at this location. Oh yea the waitress gave us cheese on our dish and stopped when she wanted to. I am use to the waitresses saying let me know when to stop. This place needs people that wants to work there and people that enjoy there jobs. I would not give this place a star. This was my worst experience ever and I wasn't given a request to come back and try it again on them. I know good service and this was...
