The fries tasted and looked like they had set for quite some time before being packaged and extra salt was added. Upon reaching out to the Matteson location to express my concerns, I spoke with the manager who seemed as though he was pushing off blame on Uber I expressed to the manager that under no condition should my food be compromised because it is being delivered through Uber keep in mind it took 20 minutes for the preparation and the delivery time total. Read moreI’ve been really disappointed with the service at this Chick-fil-A location lately. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru. The wait was much longer than usual, and cars behind me were receiving their food before me, even though I had only ordered a simple chicken sandwich meal. I requested no tomato, which was correct, but the sandwich was missing the Colby Jack cheese I added and didn’t have any pickles either.
Earlier this week during breakfast, an employee tried to hand me someone else’s order. When I told her it wasn’t mine, I found out they hadn’t even made my order yet, which caused another long delay.
