Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Richland Township

I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Me, my husband and 6 year old daughter stopped for dinner tonight. Ordered an appetizer sampler, loaded baked potato soup, child's cheeseburger, chicken and shrimp and steak with parm shrimp. No silverware or napkins brought to the table. Appetizers brought to table. One choice was the new taco queso dip. I stirred it around with a chip and realized there was no meat. (Part of chip broke off in dip). I told server and he took it to get it right. I asked about the soup and silverware and napkins. Was told the soup had "expired" and we were getting fresh. Brought out dip, was the same thing I had sent back with meat thrown on top. Remember that chip?! The cheese was a cold glob. Still no silverware or napkins. Manager comes over and acts like it's my fault. Anyway, my husband goes to the car because he so agitated. He is a stroke patient and can't handle stressful situations like this. I inform manager my husband's meal should just be boxed. She personally brings the meals for me and my daughter. The cheeseburger was less cheese and the fries were ice cold. My baked potato was cold and hard. I physically showed the manager by sticking my finger in the potato. I invited her to do the same so she could see I wasn't lying. She refused. My steak was cold and was so well done I could barely cut with a steak knife. My grilled vegetables consisted of mushrooms, two slivers of red peppers and two pieces of steamed broccoli. I did this in front of the manager. She again acted like I was a bother. I told her to just take it all away as I handed her my plate. She then reached over and grabbed my daughter's plate, while my daughter had half her burger in her hand and snatched her plate. I asked why she did that and she said you told me to take it all. What a joke since I handed her my plate. Oh yeah, the loaded baked potato soup was cold and had no potatoes in it. She told me their soup was supposed to be a puree?! This place has been a godsend since the pandemic. You're thinking "what, it's just an Applebee's?", but seriously. We've been stuck in the house all year due to the virus and medical conditions make cooking all the time at home exhausting. We've come to rely on the Gibsonia Applebee's in particular out of all the restaurants out there for our respite take out dinner frequently because they do such a great job. They have over the entire pandemic. They're just so reliable. We haven't gotten a single bad order from them. The place is clean. The food always comes in perfect shape despite being take out. It's always cooked perfectly. And it's packed securely so it gets home in one piece. They wrap individual items in the manner that keeps it best until it gets to your home. Crispy food stays crispy. Nothing gets soggy. It always remains hot. No matter what you order. They clearly take real care in what in they do. I only wish their menu was larger so we can try even more of their offerings! My girlfriend and I had went here for dinner, both ordered a drink and gave our ID’s but my girlfriend’s was from West Virginia. So after about 5 minutes of her ID being passed around the bar of their employees our server Alexis had accused her of it being a fake ID and said “we can’t accept this, I used to have one” and laughed. I had requested a manager, while waiting my girlfriend had went to get one of her bills from the car. Once the manager came over with the book they use to identify if the ID is real or not “it was lost when they first looked at the ID” we handed her the ID and the bill with the PA and WV address on it. She then realized it wasn’t fake, and asked her what she wanted to drink. At this point we did not want to eat there and didn’t even get a simple apology for falsely accusing her of a fake ID.
