Dunkin' — Restaurant in Richland Township

I have been coming to the owners of this franchise of Dunkin for YEARS ! I have spent wayyyyy tooooo much money to be treated like I was today! I literally order the SAME THING EVERYDAY! I even was a customer to their Dunkins in State College daily!!!! So much so that the senior employees ( ones that have time in) know my voice my order etc!! Even the owners wife knows me ! Anyway when I get to the window I said um I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and she said look it's not on the ticket that's not how you ordered it! I said excuse me I order the same thing 7 days a week that I come here! And she said no you didn't or it would be on the ticket I mean I can give you cold foam but I have to charge you 1.06!!!! For your mess up??? And this past 2 weeks 4 out of the 14 coffees I ordered THE SAME WAY didn't have less ice wasn't even on the ticket ! Sooooooo I know how much money I have put in there pockets I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN 💯 NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT OVER INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT OBVIOUSLY DONT HEAR RIGHT AND THEN WANT TO ARGUE! ....I am very upset and I LOVE my dunkin but I would rather go to McDonalds atleast when they mess up they don't blame you and they correct it on them! Never ordered from there and never will again. Ordered on the app a maple frosted, strawberry with sprinkles, and the new watermelon donut. Picked it up, and was told they were out of the maple. Asked what they had and was told the only frosted they had was strawberry. Cool. Got it to the red light looked in the bag and 1 donut had hardly any frosting and had like 7 sprinkles on it. The other had no sprinkles. Went back and asked about it. The girl looked at me like I was nuts and told me "we're sold out of sprinkles one so we just gave you plain" as the sprinkles was right next to her. I would be more understanding if I was told that and not given half attitude over it. The app definitely needs some work to it. If it's sold out, it should say sold out. Stopped in at 6 pm. Store was slow and 5 employees talking and laughing( not a big deal good to have fun at work) ordered and went to sit down. Every table was dirty. Asked if someone could clean a table and they did but just the one we were standing at. After we finished I went to ask who was in charge and a red head (sorry did not get her name) said she was. I said in slow times they might want to clean and sanitize the tables. She said the store policy isn't to clean the tables until they close the dining room. I reiterated that I have worked in food service my whole life and I know between customers they should clean tables and she told me again that it is not store policy to clean until the dining room is closed. That is so disgusting. How many sick people, kids, or people with poor hygiene use those tables on a daily basis to not be cleaned from open to close. Something needs to...
