Called to order Stromboli, staff in back ground extremely loud n arguing. That the poor man taking my order was unable to hear,had to repeat myself multiple times. First clue I should of just hang up! So I picked it up half hour later, just to pull up town employee hanging out the door smoking. When posted on the door states No Smoking of Vaping. Drive home to the west end, to eat. Most of the Stromboli was all doughy. Was too mad to call back, would of cussed them out. N wasn't driving back to richland to waste gas n have them probably spit in it. So I call about it after work the next day and ask for manager. He wouldn't do anything,cause I didn't call back the night before. That's his policy! Said fine, I would never order or eat their food again! He was fine with that hang up. Called yesterday 12/18 around 8pm to place an order, asked young man if they delivered to ferndale. He said yes. I placed opizza, a Stromboli, mushrooms, wings, sandwich, and soda. Was on the phone with him for four mins. Was placed on hold for him to come back on phone to tell me they only deliver to family hair care which is a-three minute drive from my house. I said you gotta be kidding me I placed a whole order with you. He Didn’t apologize or anything, or even offer to possibly deliver considering I was only three mins away. Instead the young man hung up on me! What kind of customer service is that. I was not happy the I had to order from papa John’s but I’m sure they were happy with my $85 order!!! If you like your wings crispy make sure you check your food before you pay for it. All depends who is working on whether your wings will be crispy. I ordered wings from here and asked for extra crispy. When I can to pick them up I asked again just to make sure. They informed me the wait would be a lil longer because of my request which was fine with me. Went straight home and they were mushy. Currently trying to fix them in the air fryer without burning them. If I’m paying almost $20 for a dozen of wings they should be prepared the way I asked.
