Alpha computer is the best. I was recommended to them by other phone/computer repair shops because they do such a good job and it seems to be known as common knowledge. I sadly broke the screen on my 2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch (which is my prized possession along with my 1958 chevy). I was really low on money and they agreed to accept payments. I gave them my broken computer and once I made about 3/4 of the payments and I called and asked that they start working on it so I could get it back as soon as when I had the full amount of payment. They were waiting to order parts (directly from Apple) because they wanted to make sure I had the longest amount of time to take advantage of my warranty on the screen. When they received the new screen and I/o board, they were able to get it all installed property the next day. I was very impressed with their workmanship after seeing the laptop and I am very glad I choose them. Initially I wanted to fix the computer myself with a friend. But after watching an online video I was afraid I would never be able to get it back together properly. I repaired a laptop in high school and it was never the same afterwards, shutting off and going black-screened when picked up, so I am glad I took this Mac to the correct place. In addition to being extremely proficient in computer repair, they are also compassionate when it comes to a customers computer issues. I was referred here by some friends after my MacBook Pro stopped working. It’s a 2012 model. After receiving a quote over the phone I called a few more places. One place suggested coming here because I have a Mac. That was evidence to me that this is the place to come. I was a little leery due to some of the older reviews but here is my experience. I received very fast service. Frank identified the issue with my computer very quickly and gave his recommendations. I took his recommendations and now my computer works just as it did when I first bought it!! What impressed me the most was his kindness and patience. I’m not tech savvy at all. He took his time and answered all my initial questions before I went to the store. Then, after I paid and was leaving, I had additional questions. Despite the fact that they were closing and a new customer had just walked in, Frank still took time to answer all of my questions. (Sometimes other places treat you differently after you have paid, but not here) I am very please with the fast, efficient, and courteous service I received here. I don’t think I’ll ever go...

Had an iMac 1 year old slowing down and not being reliable. Took it to Alpha Computer Center in Richland. They diagnosed the problem which was a bad hard drive. They were able to backup all my data and programs despite the disk going bad. The restoration to a new solid state hard drive was perfect! I only had to login to my AppleId. The rest was there!! Absolutely amazing!! I have had other computer companies repair my computers in the past only to have to build back up my platform from the start which is a real pain! Alpha Computer Center went above and beyond in my expectations. My downtime was about 5 days. Excellent job! I will definitely use them for repairing all my Apple products in the future! UPDATE 4/8/2024: Had an iPad that was giving us fits. Frank at Alpha Computer went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing it!! (SAME DAY!!)
