My husband chose them due to the high rating on Google rating and thought they would be able to fix his laptop screen.

He has a 730 Lenovo Yoga laptop.

I was shocked to find out they don’t have any warrantee on parts or the service they provide.

He went in at the beginning of April to get his laptop screen fixed. They told him it would cost $300 to fix which he agreed to. They said it would be done by the mid April.

However, when the day came for us to pick it up the laptop he received a call that the screen they had ordered had a chip in the corner and needed to get a new one sent out. Okay, totally understandable. Sometimes stuff happens during transition and items get damaged.

This caused a 3 day delay in getting the laptop, so we would be out of town once it finished.

We went to pick it up 3 days after it’s been fixed. My husband was asked to pay the service fee, and he did so because he was sent a picture of the fixed laptop 3 days prior. As he was leaving the store he noticed the brand new screen was popping out. He went back and asked if that is how it supposed to look.

Anyway after fiddling with it for 10 minutes. He was told they would need another 3 days to fix the screen.

At this point it’s a little frustrating. He is a college student and needs his laptop. The only reason he has been able to do stuff is by using my laptop.

So finally, after an month of them having my laptop, he went to go pick it up today. He checked it before he payed and it looks fine.

Once he got home and was working on homework, I noticed that the corner of the screen is starting to pop out.

However, this is literally one review. You can see the are many others who they have been able to help. My advice is if you decide to spend you money here be sure to ask all the question you can...

I got home from work on a Wednesday evening a few weeks ago and my PC was off. Funny, because I didn't recall turning it off. Turned it back on and got the black screen of "Your computer did not turn off correctly..." thing. Fired up, started to surf around a bit and CLICK turns off. OK. had this happen before and it was about a 3-4 week turnaround for parts from the last guy that "fixed" it. So, I pulled out the phone and started to look for repair places. First place, answering machine, didn't bother to leave a message. Second place (All Geek), ok, I may have left a message, can't remember. Hung up, and moved onto the next place. Just as I'm about to dial #3, I get a call back from some guy named "Craig" at All Geek. He apologized for not answering the phone. Told him what was going on and he told me to bring it by. Shop was closed, but he still opened up for me. Told me he'd take a look at it the next day and quote me a price. Got a text from Craig the following morning (around 10am). He told me what the real issue was (not what I'd been told in the past) and that it was a really simple fix. Price was more than reasonable, as a matter of fact I was dumbfounded. All Geek delivered as promised, well ahead of any timeframe I could have imagined. Too bad I can't rate more...

Don't even think about taking your computer in for repair if you're not going to take it to all geek. Craig was 100% my go to repair guy from now on. I used to go to places like office depot or best buy. But the insane prices and long wait times for repair of these companies drove me to figure out most of my computer needs on my own.

But I got a random blue screen of death and had to go looking for a place to repair my computer. Then the heavens parted and I found all geek. Repair rates are flat prices no nonsense of time or estimates. Just pick a time to drop it off or have him pick it up and pick the service that fits your need.

This man is on his job like a dog with a bone. He had my computer fixed within 2 hours even installed my windows 10 on my new hard drive. He answered my questions even when his office was closed before I had even scheduled my appointment and after he was done.. He was even Willing to drop off my computer to my house for a small fee.
