Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Richland

Oh my goodness!! I have never had this horrible of service IN MY LIFE!! I usually never write reviews about any restaurant, but this Papa Murphy's is so unprofessional. Customer service is so big to me. The only employee that was professional and polite was this blonde hair girl named Joy. I called asking for a manager but no one was available. Then, 5 minutes later I had a phone call from them asking what the problem was. I want to speak to the manager not the same girl I spoke to the first time I called. I did NOT appreciate watching one of the employees knocking one of the pizza's out of the girls hand not even apologizing. They also were communicating with food in their mouth. I am trying to order food not watch you devour a mouth full of food while I order. I did not appreciate the horrible customer service and the way the girl took my order. I will be calling Papa Murphy's tomorrow asking for a manager. This is not how we should be training young adults for future job positions. What I saw tonight was horrific and border line bullying towards another employee who did her job the way she was suppose too. I expect something to change. May I add, when I called they were rude and no names were given to me...

I was in there on September 29, 2014 and it was the most horrendous pizza buying experience I have ever had. First off they were super rude, I dont know if it is because I am only 20 and am not the usual customer base or something else, but I have never had someone be that rude to me before. Then they over charged me for the new Angus steak pizza, $14.08 when it was advertised on the front door for $11. When I realized this, I got back in line and waited to see the same girl at the cash register who had just checked me out. Once I got up there she was upset with me for pointing out her mistake and instead of refunding me, like she said she would, she recharged me for $11.91. I being dumb did not think to check to make sure that she had done this properly, damn my good faith in people, because today when I got my bank statement, it informed that no she did not give me a refund, just charged me again. I should have been suspicious, because she took all of my receipts and would not let me have any copies. And let me say that was a terrible pizza for over $25!!!! I live right by the Kennewick Papa Murphys but I make the drive to the Richland uptown location every Tuesday ($12.99 day) because their pizza is so much better than Kennewicks. I don't know what it is but something about the Kennewick pizza changed a while ago. It is dry and doesn't ever cook right anymore. The 1st time we visited the Uptown location we were hooked. The couple of workers that we have met are so nice! They always take the time to chat. There has never been a line when we have visited, but they are constantly bustin their butts making those pizza pies. 🤤😆 I swear their dough recipe MUST be different! I forget almost every Tuesday ($12.99 day) and still call the Kennewick location then have to be like, oh I'm sorry, wrong number... then call Richland. I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS ALL...
