Subway — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

If I could give this store no stars I would. I ordered delivery and received the wrong sandwich. I ordered one of their specialty sandwiches which cost me $14 and they sent me a sandwich that only had spinach, tomato and cheese. I called and told them that they had sent me the wrong one and they said that they would make another one and have it sent. I waited an hour and a half. I tried calling six times and when I finally got through a guy named Juan picked up. He said that the sandwich was made and that they were just waiting for me to come pick it up. I told him that I had to have delivered because I had a sick daughter and I could not leave my house and that at that point I had already ate the small vegetable wrap that was brought and wanted a refund on the original one. He said he could not do that because there was not a manager on site and he didn't know how. I asked him to please call a manager and call me back and he told me no. When I proceeded to ask him if he would not be upset over the situation he didn't say a word then became extremely rude with me and said are you going to come pick the sandwich up or not? I said no. My daughter is sick and I want a refund. Again I asked ,Can you please call your manager? He told me no and then hung up the phone on me. This place is extremely rude. I paid $30 for food that I did not receive and now they won't even answer the phone. I have already sent in a complaint with corporate and I will be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager. Stop at this subway traveling north home .Spent 39.38 with a tip as i always tip.,but this store is the bottom of the chain. Turkey had 4 pieces of meat on whole hogie and we had two of those. We could not figure out why the two working was laughing,We found out down the road.Both turkeys hogies had 4 pieces of meat on them.guess they were mad because they started putting ham on them and i told them they are turkey not ham,they just looked at each other laughed.i thought they both were on drugs. When making second time they blocked us from seeing them make them by picking up some door on it. My husband walked in and they tried to make his that way but he told them to lets see them making them. We found out they used one meat think on whole hogie. This store is a joke andwe as customers are there big joke. My husband was going to turn around and go back,but i am glad my grandson and i stopped him. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to fix it quick. YOU KNOW WHATS SAD AND SHOWS THIS STORE CAN CARE LESS? THE MANGER OR STORE OWNER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THESE COMPLAINTS! I came in tonight September 9th at 8:08 pm the young man behind the counter was the only one here. I walked in with me, my wife, my son, and my daughter. The young man started to take our order and about 6 more prople walk in. He starts to become frustrated and rude. The lettuce was nasty and wilted and the olives were coverwd in alot of random juices. We get our food and sit down to eat. About 5 minutes later a woman walks in with her child and he tells her ma'am we are closing soon. She very abruptly and rudley says " i am your new manager for the next six weeks. And im here to talk to you about a few things ". All of this in front of about 12 customers."He says oh nice to meet you". She is in extremely short shorts and showing heavy cleavage. Her and her son walk behind the counter to assist and she was rude and bieng nasty.her child is playing in the back while she is working. It was very unprofessional and disgustin.
