As some of the other reviews state... This Taco Bell/KFC does not even deserve the one star. Although polite, the staff is totally unmotivated. Greetings are delivered with deadpan faces, food is prepared at the speed of a speeding snail, and the accuracy of these very timely orders is never correct which results in even additional wait time. This evening I waited for over half an hour, as did the rest of the guests before and after me, as we watched the staff plod behind the counter, continuously checking the already blinking monitors that were screaming their tardiness, but yet no staff member seemed concerned but rather flirted with other guests as they came in. Lackadaisical is putting it mildly. And despite seemingly having all the time in the world, the counters and dining area were splashed with dried soda and tea. A long time resident of Richmond Hill I have repeatedly given this establishment the chance to redeem itself... But yet to my dismay it has failed repeatedly. I can only hope that current or future management makes some effort to improve the customer service. Multiple guests that were there tonight were hours away from home and instead of remembering this as a pleasant stop on their trek were left with the taste of fermented hot sauce in their mouths... because it hit it's expiration date during the never...

Update 2/11/19... wow, its the best experience we've had at this location in the last 8 years, if i could have given a 3.5 star i would have... will be back in the next month, with 2 more visits like this one and ill up it to 4 stars

Update 3/8/17 three star back to a one.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE.... so poorly trained I can't even begin to explain.... waited 20 minutes for a dozen biscuits (we could see them in the warmer. But they never scrolled thru the orders to fill it)

Update 10/14/14 - one star to three starts....did my annual trek (store use to be horrid) to KFC/Taco Bell in Richmond Hill. Improved cleanliness, improved customer service and friendliness. Pot Pie pot pie didn't have a flaky crust (would have given a 4 star with that), but the line to get food was much improved.... will be back in a month or two to check it out again

Drive Thru was fast and pleasant. Walk-in/Dine-In Service, I've seen 2 & 3-Toed Sloths move faster.... Lack of Management was very apparent; the regional manager needs an ear chewing for letting this one...
