McDonald's — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

I have went there a few times and they get my order wrong some how every time! But tonight was about the last straw. It started when I was ordering my food, the young lady who was taking it was rude from the start and yes my order was right on the screen once I left the order speaker. So I drive up to give the girl my money and she gives me this disturbing look like I did something wrong and I have done nothing to her. She goes to give me my change and completely misses my hand and all of it falls on the ground beside my car and so I had no choice but to hold up the line even more cause of her rudeness. Did I mention we waited a good 10 mins in line till we got our food. But as soon As she handed me, no basically threw my change at me she slammed the window shut and turned her back to me so I drove to get my food and checked to see if all my food was there but I had just so happened to read the receipt again and saw that she changed my order from two mcdoubles to two single cheeseburgers. No I didn't catch her name beings she didn't have a name tag on and idk what she had going on in her personal life but she definitely needed to keep that way and not take it out on innocent customers. And I hope she gets either fired or a verbal. The date is September 28th around 8:40 she was working the cash register. Hope...

1st complaint: I have to be to work at 0400 every day. I stopped at this establishment around 0310 every morning is there is ALWAYS a long wait. I don't know if they are in there sleeping or taking turns leaving work and returning so there is not enough staff but it is horrible. I leave the line at least three times a week and just say forget it coming back everyday hoping it gets better. I don't think they have any food prepped they just make it as cars arrive leaving a huge pileup. I HATE THIS PLACE!

Second complaint:I swear this place needs to be shut down or corporate might want to look into its operations because I would not want this establishment a part of my franchise. All I ask for is a nice cup of coffee in the morning and they can't never seem to do that. Every time I come there can either be two cars in line and it takes them an half hour to complete orders because as they say, the "cook to order" during early morning hours so nothing is prepped. Or they are not serving between the hours of 2am to 3:30am because their system is magically down for updates for an entire hour and half. I mean there is something EVERY DAY without fail! They literally ruin my morning everyday. If it wasn't for Waffle House across the street I swear I would have petitioned to have this placed...

We just pulled into this McDonald's after being on the rd for 10 hours to get a quick cup of coffee. So much for southern hospitality upon pulling into the drive thru there was silence all I said was "hello" the response was in a very curt voice "be patient I will be with you in a min" I responded I wasn't sure of you were open her response " the lights are on aren't they" after waiting another 30 secs I ordered my coffee from Ashley the manager. She said pull up to the very last window. Upon pulling up to the last window a very Cockey perhaps high young red head opened the window laughing I asked politely is this the very last window. Again the young lady said" it always has been" Apparently the apple falls close to the management tree when asked to speak to the manager Ashley came up to the window berated me and my family and slammed the window we went across the street threw the coffee away and wrote this review if that is the manager on duty and the laughing when the opened the window I wouldn't put it past them to spit in my drink.
