WOW! What a change,and not for the better!! They are always so welcoming here. Our whole organization is behind this building, and this really is the go to for lunch unless you bring your own... which every once and a while I don't. I work for the company that I live at, so I was able to check the security camera footage of when it was said it was "delivered", and the footage showed it was never delivered. I reached out to the store about this information to get a refund. I spoke with CRYSTAL THE MANAGER on the phone was so rude to me, and stated she was unsure she could give me a refund, because she has to "talk to the owner". I have never heard in my life having to speak to the owner to issue someone a refund when their food was never delivered, and she said it may take over two weeks?!?!?! Read moreI get delivery from this Jimmy Johns frequently because it's near my office but somehow they always seem to forget to add napkins and a straw with my order. Today, I specifically put a reminder in the notes for both items and when they got here, no napkins or straw. I mentioned it to the driver and he threw his hands in the air in an I-don't-care manner and said "nothing I can do about it." and walked off.
