Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Richmond

WOW! What a change,and not for the better!! They are always so welcoming here. Our whole organization is behind this building, and this really is the go to for lunch unless you bring your own... which every once and a while I don't. As a chain, it's the people who really set this restaurant apart. Addendum: I won't be coming back any longer. Too bad, I really liked it and had always felt welcome. I had a big bill, and had ordered on my app (I guess the plus is that I can remove the app so it can stop taking up room on my phone), it's right after the lunch rush,and there has never been a problem with me using a big bill before. I should have known that when my husband was yelled at for asking for a plastic spoon it was going downhill (no, he had not purchased anything that day, but I had, and really should he have been yelled at). Last night I ordered food to my apartment they told me it was delivered. I work for the company that I live at, so I was able to check the security camera footage of when it was said it was "delivered", and the footage showed it was never delivered. I reached out to the store about this information to get a refund. I spoke with CRYSTAL THE MANAGER on the phone was so rude to me, and stated she was unsure she could give me a refund, because she has to "talk to the owner". I have never heard in my life having to speak to the owner to issue someone a refund when their food was never delivered, and she said it may take over two weeks?!?!?! I have never previously had an issue with this store, but I will no longer be going here due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. I get delivery from this Jimmy Johns frequently because it's near my office but somehow they always seem to forget to add napkins and a straw with my order. Today, I specifically put a reminder in the notes for both items and when they got here, no napkins or straw. I mentioned it to the driver and he threw his hands in the air in an I-don't-care manner and said "nothing I can do about it." and walked off. I called the store and complained and all they did was offer to send me napkins and a straw; however, it's 30 minutes later and I still have neither.
