The ladies were so nice at the card office. I went to get my card replaced and Diamond called the day before my appointment to let me know that some credentials would be missing if I didn’t contact HR. After I called HR later that evening, she called me back the next day to ensure me that my card would show my credentials. Ms. Stephanie allowed me to take my photo multiple times and even let me see them before they got printed on my card. She also let me take pictures of my previous cards before giving them up.
