TLDR: Level asks GH and UE drivers to wait a long period of time to receive YOUR order from the back where we can smell the dumpster.

Everything you examined in your response are lame duck excuses. You are the only restaurant in town that requires back door receiving and 25ft is the closest we have to take a customer's food by a dumpster. Also, don't blame GH and UE for problems that you created.

When I receive my negative reviews for my job performance from delivering from this restaurant, no one cares that you're a man down. And frankly if you're asking the community to spend their hard earned money on your product, they deserve the best product you can provide. Which you have made excuses for why you can't provide and expect some kind of sympathy?.. For poorly running a business?

At the end of the day facts are facts are facts. And the fact of the matter is that your employees blindly say "10 minutes" out the back door of restaurant to kind of acknowledge the driver's existence. Then we have to wait for your overwhelmed staff to prepare our customer's meal outside by a dumpster (and you expect us to wait more than 10 minutes because that's hOw lOnG iT tAKeS tO mAkE tHe fOoD).

I love Level. I miss seeing Fred play there on Thursdays before seeing Rodger play across the street. But this... this is unacceptable. Do better, Level.

OP: I made 2 deliveries from this restaurant yesterday. Both orders took 10 minutes to complete. Which is crazy. So today when I accepted the order, after the 2 orders yesterday, I knew it was going to take the restaurant 10 minutes to make the meal, correct? WRONG! After taking 10 minutes to t my dinner after I accepted the order, the woman came up and said it would take another 10 minutes to make the food. 20 minutes on Sushi rolls?! Are you serious? Can’t recommend against this place enough between asking drivers to pick up the food in the back by the trash and asking us to wait 10-20 minutes on the food FOR...

Update. The owner reached out to me and apologized and addressed that her waitress did not handle correctly and offered a future discount. It was of course not about the money but the service so I appreciate her quick response and acknowledgement that what was done was unacceptable.

Level is one of my spots I usually frequent and never had an issue with service. Today I came in and on top of being told from a distance just to sit wherever. The waitress who had no one else because they had just opened took about 5 minutes to come over. After ordering I received my appetizer no problem when I got my dish it was chicken instead of the shrimp I ordered. After saying I had the wrong dish she said well that's what you ordered. I said no I asked for shrimp and she said no you didn't. Then walked off. She came back and showed me how she had written chicken. I said you may have written it but it's not what I ordered and she said well I guess I was wrong and stormed off. My daughter was having a sushi fix so we looked up a couple of new places to go to and she wanted to try level especially because they have a light up bar. Located right on Broad Street we were able to park right out front. As my daughter put it it looks a little sketchy from the outside but inside is very nice and very cool. We sat at the bar had a wonderful bartender service. My daughter got a couple of Shirley Temple's that she was very excited about and then moved her glass all over the Bar top watching the lights turn on. Really good size bar to sit at not an overly large place inside but they had a quite a few tables and it looks like they actually had an upstairs as well. They have a large chalkboard that had a number of daily specials listed on it so depending on what you're looking for certain days may be better for you. We ordered a Dragon Roll, Chesapeake roll and eel love roll. Good size portions and great presentation. My daughter said that the Chesapeake roll was her new favorite sushi.
