Westray's Finest Ice Cream — Restaurant in Richmond

(Updated) This is a cute shop and street parking was available a few steps away. But as others have stated, the flavors of the ice cream we purchased (bday cake and pistachio) tasted like bland vanilla. I didn't taste test, which I should have. I was at least hoping for chunks or whole pistachios but it felt like the nuts were so finely ground to the point where I couldn't tell if it was pistachio or some other nut. The ice cream didn't taste distinctly pistachio or any other nut for that matter. I was underwhelmed, especially for the prices. That said, my child enjoyed the waffle cone, coffee was good, and the attendant was very friendly.
