On 2.16.2025, my significant other and I made an online order at this Domino's location in Rincon. This order was a special family occasion as we were celebrating my birthday. We had to wait for nearly two hours for the order to be completed. However, the store did not add mushrooms to my partner's order that was paid for. When we returned the order, we spoke with Regional Director Andy. He stated that the store was out of mushrooms and other ingredients. When my partner asked Andy why she wasn't informed of the out of stock items, he said it would have been "unreasonable" to inform every customer of low ingredients. How is that "unreasonable" when the store had prior knowledge of this issue but still proceeded with taking online orders that couldn't be fulfilled? This is basically taking a customer's right to choose if they want to continue the order or not. My partner then asked for a partial refund on the returned order, to which Andy stated that he couldn't issue a partial refund and was not "able" to do so on the same day. So basically, Domino's had prior knowledge of low ingredients, did not inform their customers online, and charged customers for toppings that were not present at your store? This is unacceptable and unsavory business practices. I highly recommend NOT to order from this store as they are providing false expectations and cheating customers out of their hard-working money. Read moreI did an online order last night. The food that was delivered was good but the were two items missing from the order. The driver said that either another drive or himself would rerun with the food and would not accept the tip and said to give it them when they returned. We waited about an hour and no one showed back up. We called the store and the lady who answered the phone was very confused and apparently the driver never said anything about the missing food. She talked to her manager and offered me a store credit. At this point I asked for either the missing food to be delivered or my money back just for the food that was missing. The lady told me her manager offered a store credit and that is all she could do. I asked to speak to the manager and they were too busy to speak with me. I then offered to come pick up the missing food and asked if they could possibly through in free desert or something for my hassle and when the employee asked the manager the manager was screaming at her.. “ I don’t know I’m too busy in here it’s going to be at least an hour”. At this point it had been well over an hour since or food was delivered. I asked the employee for the managers name because I felt like she had mistreated the lady and the employee told me that all she could do for me and hung up on me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Read moreOrdered delivery. Raheem excepted order. 1.5 hours later I started to call because the pizza was still in Prep but never got an answer from anyone. I called many many times and stayed on hold once for 45 minutes!???, no answer at all. I send my kids to the store to buy pizza, they bring it home, start baking it, and THEN all of a sudden our pizza arrives. No communication, no updates, and 3 hours after ordering, 2 hours after the original estimated time of delivery. Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen. It's almost like someone was sleeping and all of a sudden woke up and tried to make and deliver all the pizza at once hours later because we're not the only ones... So the next day we call to get a refund and this young manager tries to tell me they were just too busy and staffed only with one guy. The app says Raheem started prepping my pizza at 6PM and it didn't go into the oven until 2 hours later. It also says Logan delivered the pizza. My son delivered in the past and he also cooked so there's at least 2. Regardless, as petty as it is, all that was needed was communication, we had none, no apologies, no refund, no compensation of any kind, just a mouthy teenage manager, a day later mind you, that thinks he can smoke and sleep on the job and talk big...
