The shift manager Brandon is horrible, had an issue with another table and he didn't handle the situation well whatsoever!!!!! Told both parties to leave even tho they were already finished and walking out and were being verbally abusive to us. We were abiding by all covid procedures, following all directions by other employees and he was accusing us of sitting at closed tables and removing signs. We had empty pizza boxes and used plates and trays on those tables so no one was using them to sit or eat!! He walked over and threw the empty boxes in anger and once again accused us of not following orders even after 10 minutes of the other party leaving. Their initial complaint was that we were being too loud and not keeping a team of boys under control when they had 3 screaming toddlers the entire time. We had no issues with them until they left and caused a scene. Brandon took sides without hearing both sides and getting his facts straight before making an informed decision. He definitely needs to be demoted from his position immediately due to lack of training, customer service skills and just an overall ability to handle a minor disruption in operation. I would hate to see what he would do if if something more serious occurred...
Read moreOrdered from this location, since it was on the way. The location near our house told us it would be an hour and a half wait. This one told us it would be 30 minutes. We got there in 30 and sat in line for about 10. They couldn't find our order at first. When we got to the window, she repeated the entire order (which included extra sauce). Then she told us it would be a few more minutes and asked us to pull forward to a parking space. After 25 minutes, they brought our order out, after taking it to 2 other cars. So in all, it still took about an hour to get our pizza. The experience wasn't horrible, and I know they were busy, but the actual complaint here is that after all that waiting, they didn't put the extra sauce and the pizza was dry. I don't need it to be soggy, but I actually LIKE having sauce on my pizza. Helps with the flavor, ya know? I would go back - not based on THIS experience but, because they are Dion's and usually good....
Read moreUpdate: tried another local pizza place……. Dion’s tasted better even though Dion’s gave the guests bubble guts. So I wanted to try some Italian in New Mexico. This place has many other locations and the reviews seem somewhat consistent. When you walk in, it has that older pizza feeling with the booth and tan color. You can host your little league team here. The large pizza is 15.99. That gets you cheese and sauce. Each additional topping: 2.50. The side salad was 6 dollars. It has bacon, cheese, eggs, ham, lettuce. The ranch is a thick a sauce, not thin. Just fyi. The unsweetened tea was soured. Real talk: This is a totally guilt free pizza experience! Don’t worry about the magnesium citrate! this pizza will clean your intestines out! And if your not satisfied with the first cleansing, the leftover two days later will most certainly...
