I never leave reviews unless it’s to promote great service. However, I am so over this McDonalds location. I live in Northern Meadows and have the ability to go to Northern and Southern BLVD locations. I never ever have food messed up things missing or the workers give me a hard time about using my promo codes. This location though is the worst in the entire city!!! I go every time I end up at this location. My breakfast is wrong, hash browns or what I ordered is missing. 3/5 orders they mess it up here. It’s not what is put on the receipt because I see it and check this religiously. It’s whenever is putting the orders together. I went back the other morning after this location gave my family sausage McMuffins instead of with Egg, gave me a sausage bagel instead of the steak one. When I got to the window I told the server I’m not paying for my breakfast today. Yesterday everything was wrong, we can’t do that. Get the manager you’re doing it. Long story short manager asks if I have the receipt. No I don’t it was accurate anyway, then says did I call. No I did not, says well I will do it this time. So this morning get my order get home and missing my daughters hasbrowns and my steak bagel is wrong. So I look up location and call. Rings 6 times and goes to a fax line ringing. You have to be kidding me. You can’t call the location anyway, go figure. So tomorrow I will be pulling up again and showing this 1 star review and getting my bagel, my two hash browns and a sausage egg McMuffin free for yet another incapable task to get the order correct. Who is managing this place, write your employees up for lack of paying attention or inspect 5 out of 10 bags going out the window to keep them on point. This is a manager issue at this point not the front line employees. No accountability or inspection for accuracy here period!!! Last comment when they took the steak bagel off of the BOGO breakfast sandwich. They where top cops over letting me use that anymore. No educating, just fighting with me that it’s not able to be used anymore. I just used it two days ago, come to find out they updated the fine print in the app to reflect bagels not qualifying. But do you think one employee including the manager knew it was changed in the fine print. Nope, I noticed it the next trip with my wife. Just all around bullshit...
Read moreI was at the neighboring Smith's parking lot and enjoying the mochi I just purchased when I witnessed 4-5 male employees huddled around the first drive thru window taking pictures, laughing, taking turns coming in and out spraying lysol at something they had cornered. I exited my vehicle and asked what they were doing. One of them said they were cleaning something. Another one said there was a gerbil. I asked why they were taking pictures of them torturing it. One denied taking pictures and finally admitted it was a rat. They were spraying at it and hitting it with a broom in plain view and laughing. I said to just call pest control. They became argumentative and said they would get shut down by the health department. I told them they should get shut down. Jose, one of the employees yelled, "It's a rat. Do you want it?! Do you want it?!" While he was swinging and swatting the dust pan at my spouse and I with the now deceased rat threatening to fling it at us. In disbelief we went inside to speak with a manager. We spoke with Lily who told us the manager wouldn't be there until the next day and provided us with the names of 3 of the employees that were out there torturing the rat David and Gabe and Jose who assaulted us the the dust pan. We took our camera out to take pictures of where this happened when Lily came back out to tell us we couldn't take pictures. We decided to leave and call the police. When we returned with the police Lily admitted to the police she was in fact the manager after lying to us that there was no manager and said the owner was there for the police to talk to. Read moreMy daughter worked there and had to quit unfortunately within a week. The store manager was very rude and bias. My daughter was given sarcasm by a lady with the letter M , she was very rude anytime she spoke to my daughter. She was not given proper training and was yelled at for making mistakes when they could have just talked to her and shown her the proper way to do something. They gave her pants that were to big on her she fit both her legs just on one pant side.. She told the manager that she couldn't work in the pants and the manager gave her no option BUT to wear them, she wasn't even given a uniform shirt. Which made it difficult for my daughter to do the work right, she was uncomfortable and the manager did not care. I bought my daughter some work pants just until we got her pants fixed and the next day my daughter got yelled at by the manager , she didn't even pull her aside but yelled at her in front of the other staff. The other workers are very dirty my daughter said she witnessed some of the workers eating from the food trays and that they told her she could drink the fountain drinks. BUT when the manager Johnnywas working he witnessed my daughter drinking a fountain drink and got upset. My daughter was upset because the staff had lied to her. While working there my daughter was tipped by two people one customer had told her she came in that morning and felt bad because she saw a lady yell at her... That lady was the store manager btw.. My daughter felt uncomfortable and that she just couldn't work around an environment like that so it was best that she quit and never work at a McDonald's company again ever again.
