Truth be told this is the worst DQ I have ever been to which is pretty sad because I love the owner Dave and 4/10 times I come to this DQ my order actually comes out right and I probably will continue to come to this DQ because Riverfalls sucks for fast food variety but more times than not my order is messed up in some way On top of that employees never seem happy to be at work and 10/10 times that Dave’s wife is working I have a bad experience and the employees seem miserable even more so when she is around really don’t mean to single her out but the facts don’t lie
P.S. how hard is it to not put toast in a chicken basket when some one says they don’t want it?!?! The fake butter DQ uses taste so nasty 🤮 and it gets all over my chicken and frys makes me not want to eat it. Dont want to be rude to the employees but it’s not rocket surgery to relay the message that some one doesn’t want toast in there...
Read moreWorst customer service ever....the gal in drive through was very rude from start... placed our order went to window asked the gal for ketchup & mayo she says " what else do you need", "nothing thank you". She then says " go to back door when your food is done we'll bring it to you".. so our food comes out, no ketchup(my daughter asked can I get like 4-5 please, the gal says "you need that many ketchup", my daughter says "yes please", she then walks back to get fries and ketchup), no fries(as we ordered 2) open books there were fries in there(cold as can be) I tell the girl we are missing a lg frie and these are as cold as can be... so gal says oh, let me go get your LG frie .. comes back with just lg fries full attitude and very disrespectful... 1st and last time we will ever visit that DQ... management should really do some retraining with sales...
Read moreA debacle from beginning to end. We ordered 4 blizzards. Two of them were served as the wrong flavor. I watched as the third was way over filled and their solution was to scrape the massive amount of overfill off into the trash. The problem was, as with most blizzards, most of the mix-in were concentrated in the top so it was basically just vanilla ice cream with a ghost of mix-ins past that had been discarded. Then they attempted to serve us a fifth blizzard which we didn't order which revealed we had been charged for 5 blizzards and we had to wait for multiple minutes in line for the refund. We didn't even bother trying to correct the two blizzards that were the wrong flavor. We felt horrible about having monopolized the drive in line for so long.
