Mariachi Loco — Restaurant in River Falls

Absolutely love the food here! I’m glad it’s family owned bc it’s literally one of the top 3 best restaurants this town has to offer! I had this one entree where they use real crab meat instead of imitation (thank goodness) and it was so dam good!!!

Update as of 2/25: So I spend a great deal of money ordering from this place on a regular basis. In my order today contains 3 chicken soups. My delivery gets to me and I notice all the containers are not filled how they normally always are. I called the store and end up speaking to Tammy the manager. Also I’m sick and this is the reason I placed the order for the soup. Tammy tells me that they measured it and I was getting extra soup for free and ingredients cost money these days. Are you serious ma’am? I felt like it was a lie and she just wanted to rush me off the phone. Those soups cost 10 bucks each so if y’all will be giving less food then y’all need to lower the prices! I regularly order from them but this will be placed on a quick halt immediately! Sense y’all are giving out less food but not lowering the prices. She didn’t offer any kind of coupon, a replacement or nothing. I’ll just have to go to Hudson again for what I need because I’m not doing attitude when I spend good money there all the time; from 80 to 100 bucks is what I normally spend but...

Heard great things about this place … shocked to receive bland slop, sprinkled with cheese and microwaved. All preprepared and microwaved to order. No taste or spice, just like elementary school lunches. Service was over efficient, food arrived in less than five minutes (faster than McDonald’s)! …just enough time for it to warm up in the microwave. My husbands burrito was Luke warm In comparison Azul Tequila in Hudson really does serve great, flavorful Mexican cuisine. This is by far my favorite place to eat lunch in River Falls. They have blazing fast service, and very good Mexican food. They are so fast sometimes we have told them to give us some time to work on the chips and salsa. I personally think this is a good thing. I get very upset at places that try to draw out your meal and make things take forever! We've been coming here for 10 years and we'll be eating here another 10 years.

Mariachi Loco is not fancy so don't expect too much. The decor is very basic, but the food, service and reasonable prices more then make up for it.
