Dunkin' — Restaurant in River Falls

I am very disappointed with my service. I went through the drive thru and sat for more than 10 minutes no one else in front of me. When I got my drink I could tell it was wrong, so I went back in and asked if they could remake it. I got major attitude from a male worker. I kindly asked if the drink had oat milk in it as I have an allergy to dairy and he rudely said yes. Sadly I do not believe my drink had oat milk as I got sick. Does Dunkin have an option on their machine for oat milk? I watched the barista make the drink and never saw him pull out a container of oat milk..I will not...

New business in town, I like some of the other coffee shops, but Dunkin has a drive-thru & delicious Dunkin Donuts. The staff is very friendly & the restaurant portion is spotless. The large windows on two sides of the customer area allow for so much light & make the area seem even larger. Seating choices include tables for twos or fours or along a bar height clounter with barstools that face the windows, not some wall. The two large restrooms are spotlessly clean & large. Went through drive-thru to pick up an order as we were in a hurry and it was great that no one else was in line. Until, we got our order and everything was wrong. Had a drink that was iced instead of hot, had a sandwich with bacon instead of sausage. And apple fritters instead of coffee rolls. Everything was made wrong. Went inside to have my order fixed and was met with a passive aggressive red haired woman who didn't seem to care and looked like she was on something. Took more time to remake the order than to have everything right the first time with no one else...
