This was my first time at this location. I usually go to the kirkwood location and have great customer service. The Festus location was different. I ordered my drink,paid, and when I got to the lady to pick it up, they had lost my order. She asked me multiple times what was in my drink. I told her once,nicely, that I do not know. And she insisted on me telling her the ingredients. I then told her again I do not know because it is in my history and I never have to read off ingredients to anyone since it's already saved. She told me there is no way to look it up. She then got what I'm guessing is a manager and SHE (the manager) then continues to ask me what was in it. She ALSO told me they aren't able to look it up under my number which makes no sense since they literally do that to take your order. She then asked if I paid and I showed proof that I did. Then magically was able to get my number and look up my history after 5 plus minutes of arguing back and forth. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service at this location.

I use to spend so much here all the time. I LOVE 7Brew but I stopped coming because I need a paper receipt when I go. Other locations will give a receipt if you ask but Festus just simply wont, they want to text it to you. Its not a huge deal but some of us need a paper receipt for like expense reports when buying coffees for the team or what not. And receipts are required for expense reports, otherwise you pay out ofnyour own pocket. Even if you aren't in a corporate world and needing receipts, you have no way of knowing how much theybare charging you, if theybare over charging you or what. At first I thought it was because they were new and not completely set up yet, but its now been months. And c'mon, its 2025.... how are we not getting receipts from high traffic places like 7Brew? We may have to stick to Dunkin and Starbucks for now. If they can get their receipt issue fixed, and I come back, I may...

NOT on the website (ckd prior to even getting the freebies), NOT on a preordering screen and when asked NOT even the crew knew what the base prices where just approximate "small maybe 5 or 6 large maybe 9 or something but price will vary depending on what you add to it".
