Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Riverbank

Terrible customer service. Staff was denying me service due to not wearing a mask, even though multiple other customers were sitting just two feet away from each other without them on. When I told them I didn't have a mask handy, and asked if I could go sit at a table and Mobile order it, then said no, that the tables are "socially distanced". The tables are no more than two feet apart. They told me I could either go through the drive through (which is face to face contact still) or stand outside, and mobile order and they can bring it out to me. Tell me how any of this is logical or makes any sense? Staff had attitude and told me it was the "law" to which I responded it is not the law. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Do...

Usually are really good with their orders. I did a mobile order where it was supposed to be ready in 3-7 minutes and it wasn't even worked on until 8 minutes in. They had lost the order and they were trying to verify that I ordered it and ordered it correctly. Then they found that it was on the printer but just hadn't noticed or worked on it yet. Thankfully it was a simple order and they were able to get it to me quickly. I've ordered many other times and usually they are right on with their timing. Really friendly staff though. Very nice store with friendly staff. The music was too loud and made it difficult to place our order. Even the person taking my order said it's normal. Not rock concert loud but just enough to make conversations uncomfortable.

My friend and I decided to go outside to be able to talk comfortably. There were speakers outside, and we moved down to Chipotles outside tables. They weren't open yet, but out of courtesy, we asked if we could enjoy our coffee at their table. They were very nice and said it wasn't a problem and were thanked for asking.
