Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Riverbank

Went there to cheer up. And the lady that worked there looks very unhappy. I paid what it was asked for all in dollar bills, I swore I gave her the total price, while I was Looking for the cents, she bend down to floor and I dont know what she was doing, I gave her cent, then she got up and looked at me said I only gave her 7 bucks. I swore I gave her 10. She started yelling at me repeatly. I was not accusing her, I was just wondering how 3 dollars went missing. If she was out of that place I'd come there more. Ugh she's short, thick glasses, and mad looking in her maybe late 20s. She did terrible job at making ice cream too. If you see her, ask for someone else cuz she just might steal your money and...

Just wanna say that to the employees that were working 12/31/22 you guys are excellent ! Even when you guys were busy and the angry Christian man came in sooo Christian like yelling and cussing at you guys for politely asking the homeless person to leave. You employees were very professional and handled it very well. Just wanna say to that “passionate God-like” man, how about instead of taking it out on the cold stone employees, you use that energy at the next riverbank council meeting? Or instead Of handing someone $20 to pay for overpriced ice cream TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL GOOD, you should’ve bought that woman a hotel room since you were so worried about her being in the rain....

As a customer, I believe I have the right tissues whatever flavour that I need for my ice cream cream the manager on June 27 at 11:35 she said no you have to decide only one you cannot mix two flavours Bad attitude, bad CUSTOMER SERVICE bad respect the worst if the owner seen that I’m not doing anything about it that lady over there she is very bad example for CUSTOMER SERVICE and she took the ice cream and she dropped it in the garbage I don’t know if they’re gonna make the owner happy throwing his money in the garbage if he didn’t care that mean they match each other they deserve each other for me. I could find what I want...
