This specific establishment is trash. On Saturday, November 23rd, I placed a delivery order online around 9pm. At 9:25pm, or the tracker, my order came out the oven and was going through Quality Inspection.... at 9:53pm it still read the same thing, so I called to check on my order and waited on hold for 10 minutes. While waiting, the tracker updated to "Delivery," so I hung up. Once the tracker reached the 3 minute delivery mark I walked outside to meet the driver. After 5 minutes it updated to "Delivered" so I called the store again and waited on hold. After 10 minutes I got in my truck and drove to the Dominos location. Once I got there and explained the situation to the cashier, he went and explained it to the manager. He asks for my order number, #616, and checks the system to see who the driver was. The manager comes over to tell me it's a system issue and my pizza may have arrived by then. I explained to him that I waited well after it said "Delivered" and the driver can't get in the complex without calling from the gate. He then asked if wanted to cancel my order instead of him remaking it. I asked for his name but he wouldn't provide it, but he's a dark-skinned young man with glasses and dreads that reach his shoulders. I told him no. I actually wanted my pizzas. He walked off and went to the back without starting my orders, so after about 7 minutes, the young lady doing the quality checks on the orders asked for my order again and pulled my pizzas from the top of the heating oven, so they were cold and they never left the store. I asked cashier to go get the manager so I can request a refund for the delivery fee and the tip I left for the driver. The manager gave me hardest time getting my money back and was extremely rude as though I had inconvenienced him. This is hands down the worst experience I've had at this location. The driver contacted me to advise that she took the food back to the store wich I didn’t understand after they process the Payment I contacted the store I asked to talk to a manager when I spoke with Marcus he advise that food will be sent out ASAP..... the food was delivery 3 hrs after I called no only that they sent the same exact pizza and pasta super super Cold and looking disgusting looks like they touched the food and all that I do have pictures to prove that... I called again to the store spoke with the same stupid guy Marcus he didn’t even apologize for all the situation I asked him to talk to the supervisor he refuse to put supervisor on the line... I placed me on Hold for over 10 min when he came back to the line he was trying to make think that he was a manager and advise that at that point was nothing that he can do for me but put the money back on my card..... I advise him to put the money back or process the refound I haven’t still rcvd the money back..... Read moreAfter arriving on time to pick up my online order, I noticed a full staff of employees laughing, joking, using foul language all while customers were waiting for their food. The employees were yelling at each other about how orders were not matching labels and how employees were trying to "sabotage" orders, etc. To my unfortune, I had to wait for an additional 45 min after my order was suppose to be ready. Due to the unprofessionalism and unorganized process of orders getting mishandled (food given to the wrong customer). Mine, to be exact, where 3 out of 4 pasta bowls were supposedly ready along with a med pizza but I had to wait additional time for 1 bowl that some how didn't get prepared at the same time as the others due to the chaos that was happening. Meanwhile, other customers were having the same issue of food not ready when expected. Whether it was curb side, online, or walk-in, various people were waiting on their food. I understand sometimes business gets behind due to high volume, but what shouldn't be acceptable is the lack of concern, respect, and regard to customers who are patiently waiting and all the staff can do is continue to play around and make jokes.
