Steven's Fine Food & Seafood Market — Restaurant in Riverdale

Hi I love their food have been going here since they opened but in the past year their customer service has dropped tremendously. Today I called in my order and arrived well ahead of my 15 min quoted time, I stood quietly right next to the cooler right in front of the counter and watched the young girl I presume with the black shirt and grey sweat pants on go over and talk to the young man that was putting up the frozen food for the evening while peoples orders were coming up. She then proceeds to finally check the orders when a older much pleasurable lady came from the back to assist and advised her to check the orders. She did so with an attitude might I add and called 3 peoples orders after looking at more order multiple times there on the counter but never calling my number. By the time the other lady checks the container this is now the 4 time someone looks at it, it’s no longer hot, the lady calls my number and I expressed to her my concern and the fact the young lady had looked at my order several times and never called the number just so she could go talk with the young man. I also noticed this same young lady having horrible attitude and customer service with customer she did call prior to me. I would advise this restaurant to remove her from the front has it’s not good customer...

I appreciate secure Uber eats packaging tamper proof. The fish was fresh. I appreciate that Home fried soft like grandma, That’s great. For $13 with fries it’s a pretty good deal. Hush puppies were fair. I needed lemon and cocktail sauce. Didn’t want to pay extra for cocktail sauce. My plate came with a creamy tartar sauce. I desired more fish and green vegetable options on their menu. No vegetables in South Atl food desert. I chose catfish of the options presented. I’m thinking a fresh fish place should have snapper, grouper And some other fresh fish/whole fish. potatoes were great and coleslaw was decent as I appreciate the quantity of everything. It was delivered fast. I could order from this place again and get the same thing but I want to try more fresh fish options,(grilled fish also) different than tilapia, etc.. and some quality vegetables other than broccoli. I could see a four star given for those reasons but because my fish, which is the main item, was fresh tasting/good old-school fried and perfect seasoning with the fries and the price was great. I think a five star for what I ordered...

Upon arrival, this place is situated in a small shopping center in Riverdale. My wife and I were drawn in by the display of expensive fresh seafood, accompanied by the typical seafood smell. We were greeted by a friendly man who took our order. I opted for a seafood boil consisting of shrimp, potatoes, and corn, while my wife ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and fried shrimp with fries.

The place boasts authentic New Orleans flavors, so I was curious to taste their offerings. We received our order within 15-20 minutes. As we walked out, we were bid goodbye by the order taker and another worker stocking drinks.

My wife let me taste one of her fried shrimp, and I was pleasantly surprised by its crunchiness, perfect seasoning, and taste. Excited to dig in, I forgot to take my usual pictures.
