Julie's Pancake house — Restaurant in Riverside Township

My friend and I came here for lunch since we work in the area. We remember is as the Thai food location before it closed down last year. Julie’s did a really nice job redoing the inside. It was homey and had a relaxing atmosphere; it made me not want to go back to work. lol

I got the Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of chicken bow tie soup and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and had big pieces of crispy bacon on it. I liked how they grilled the bun. It gave the burger an extra gristle flavor which was really good. The soup was hearty and really tasty. It was nice how they bring out bread and butter for the table as well.

Hidden gem in the area. This will probably be my new breakfast go-to with my young boys. Place has been open for about a year, very clean and the service is exceptional. The positive reviews brought us here and did not disappoint. Very relaxed atmosphere with smooth jazz type music. This our second time here as we live near by. Prices are fair compared to everything in the area. French toast, waffles, skillets, Benedicts, steak, kids options and several Mexican dishes are on the menu. Much to choose from. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the fresh smell of coffee and the place is so clean! We ordered the chilaquiles with skirt steak and the half stack of pancakes. You can tell a lot about a place when you try their two signature dishes. But far the most delicious and flavorful salsa and the eggs were perfect.
