Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Riverside

First let me say that it takes a lot, either good or bad, for me to take the time to write a review. But the meal I just threw in the trash after only a few bites sure prompted me to do so. How do you mess up a two taco plate? The meat in the tacos was burnt crisp, unidentifiable as beef by appearance, taste or smell. And the beans and rice were completely dry almost like eating little chalk bits. All-in-all just completely nasty. Albertos used to be okay for getting something quick but boy have they gone downhill over the past few years... I'd rather throw up in a bucket...

Me & my hubby's favorite spot. If you want real Mexican food this is the place the workers are nice the place is always clean & the food is always the bomb & can't forget always fresh too. Last Saturday A gentleman held the door for me as we both were going to the same place & what do you know it was the owner of Alberto's he was so nice kind & real professional, it was a pleasure talking to him. Just a Mom and Pop Mexican restaurant in a strip mall, but the food was frickin really good, fresh tasting, and the meats where tender and juicy. Id gladly stop in here again, oh and the Horchata was delicious. Reasonable prices, we'll below what I've eaten at other places who offered less quality. Stop in for a damn good meal.
