7/7/22 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I Drove to the window around 11:30pm to return a chicken sandwich, when I previously tried to order a Chicken SALAD. Mind you, My man was the person that ordered, he came home with the wrong item. I had tried calling numerous times before I even drove back to this location, was told they stop picking up phone calls at 8pm (should definitely have a sign up considering they're 24 hrs) plus, We NEVER received a receipt in the bag. (I am a past Carls Jr employee so I somewhat remember how issues likes these can be handled through their system.) I explained the situation, and was hassled about a receipt numerous times when I kept telling them that was an issue on the person who gave us our order....I was then told by a female employee that they would not refund me unless I could prove we just ordered. "YEAH RIGHT!" She was extremely unprofessional and definitely made it blatant that "I was rude" in response to her not so helpful attitude. I kept telling her to look up the past receipts in the system like an employee with some knowledge on how to handle these situations normally would....instead she felt the need to argue back and fourth with me instead, like a CHILD! Long story short, got my seven dollars back after 20 minutes. These dummies probably found the receipt they " ALWAYS" put in peoples bags (BS) on the floor or still on the receipt machine....can't fool someone who was once in your shoes kid. I will not be going back to this location and hope management trains their employees on how to approach situations like these better without emotions poking out, Y'all are on the clock and should have the restraint to act like sensible workers regardless of how the...

Food was decent as it shod be for a fast food restaurant. Downside was thT by the time I received my food it was already just warm. Placing my order took time as the cashier had her back turned and in a way seemed to be ignoring the guest. She after 3 minutes turned and began helping those whi needed to place orders and were incidents bc something was missed from their order. Finally I place my order at 12:27 from my receipt said, proceeded to sit down and after waiting decent 18 minutes went back to the counter and cashier asked what I was in need of. As I let her know about my order she proceeded to bag it after I had let her know I was waiting for it in the dine in area. She provided my food with no apologies for the wait or any excuse or reason. I understand that the atmosphere in the vicinity is not the best as their is plenty of homeless that walk into the dinning area. However for those patrons that decide to dine their during a limited lunch period it's unexcusable for restaurant employees to oversee that the patron has been waiting for their meal and not call out the # to pick up at the counter or take to the patrons table. The restaurant was not busy nor was the drive thru for the employees to not have been attentive to those guest who decided to visit and provide sales to their location. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to. To say this place is unorganized is an understatement. Went with my girlfriend and ordered 2 Beyond Famous Stars, one with two beyond patties, one regular. The cashier rang it up as 2 Regular Famous Stars and added a Beyond Patty to one of them. Don't know what was going through his head, but usually when someone orders beyond, it's because we don't want to eat meat. Had to sit through the drive thru for 15 minutes, watching the "team" scramble to fix our order. In that time I witnessed: The guy who took our order looking mad for his own mistake while getting lectured about it. I also saw another team member with half her shirt off walking around eating a burger. We were also ignored by other team members when we were clearly trying to communicate with them. Oh and this whole time our fixed order was just sitting there already finished. The guy tried to give us someone else's order, as if he didn't just see us 5 minutes before, then someone else gave us our food. But there was only one burger in the bag, so we were now missing a whole burger, which took another couple minutes to make. Also there was a chicken star in our fries, which my girlfriend bit into. We're both vegans. I don't know whether to be disappointed, angry, or entertained....
