Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Riverside

I went into this location today. The food was excellent. But I wish I would’ve just went out in my car and ate my food. There was two females in there, talking to each other about expired marinara cheese that has not been dated talking about their other coworkers. It was just ridiculous. I literally had to get up make myself noticeable and go get a refill so they knew that I was in there. I mean, that’s just unacceptable to be sitting there talking that loud And just to know that my food could’ve been expired is totally ridiculous. I should not know half of the stuff that I know from the store. Letting it be known that a driver made $200 one day and they worked from 11 to 7 the drivers make more money than the people in house. Who cares why are we jealous about that? I’m guessing because these two ladies don’t have a car or something I don’t know, but I do wanna report this and I wanna let you guys know that this was unacceptable and I figured this was a nice location, but it’s actually a trashy location. I have never had a complaint with this location up until now. The food is usually pretty good and done on time. But my past experience they only get one star based off how rude the staff is. My order was a pick-up and when I went in to pay I asked tje girl at the register if she could put the small size pizza and cheese bread in a bag because I also had drinks to carry. Pretty simple request, right? I didn't want to drop anything as I am pregnant too and would have been a challenge. So instead of them doing their job. I hear a young girl in the back complaing " I am pregnant too and deliver pizzas for a living!, And going on about how she isn't giving me a bag! I honestly was shocked as I heard Everything being said. They need to hire better employees, was very unprofessional. I would hate to see how they would treat someone who was disabled would you belittle them as well!? I called the main number to complain but I am sure nothing is being done. This location has lost a customer who has been ordering there since they opened up...

Very bad experience today. 3/7/17. Disgruntled employee/ shift manager said she couldn't take my order for 30 minutes when I walked in. I decided to sit and wait because it was lunch time and my options were few... the entire time I was there the older lady "shift manager" complained about how she didn't have enough coverage.. she belittled customers and made rude comments as they each turned their backs to leave this establishment... I then heard her publicly mocking an online order something about Italian sub "no mayo" she says in a nasty voice..." why don't you just come in and make your own damn sub".. she was miserable at work and she had no problems taking it out on each and every customer.
