Currently sitting in this Starbucks. Right at this very moment. I'm here at least 4-5 times a week. I'm a regular, but I don't always order drinks, since I usually just come in to meet clients or do some quick work. But I DO order 95% of the time. Mostly their to-go/snack packs when I'm here for more than 2 hours. I can't stress it enough, that I spend a good chunk of my time here to work on my computer. Most of the time, I don't use an earphone because I do like the music in this shop. But, I'm only giving this shop 3-stars due to the loud-mouth Barista that works here. Like, tonight (Tuesday, 3/6/2018@7:45pm). I didn't get her name. But she wears eye glasses, dark hair that's tied back, messily. Altogether, I think she's a pretty decent Barista. But man, she's freakin loud, especially when there's no customers in line. I mean, can she speak any louder? I don't need to know what you're saying to your coworker. I need you to shush it or keep your voice down! It's distracting to the customers who are quietly sitting, working, and enjoying their drinks. This is not the first time. I'm sure I'm not the only who noticed her loudness. But please, Starbucks management at this location, can you guys remind her to keep her voice down between her and whoever she's working with. I don't mind the customers gushing and talking stories, but that one Barista is even louder!...
Read moreEdit: Things have changed for the better. I am not sure why there is a "light/splash" option on the mobile ordering app if the barista's do not follow that. The barista's tend to be heavy handed with the milk/dairy/cream. i enjoy coffee so when I say a splash of milk, I have to believe that everyone is familiar with a splash. so I take back my negative review and will leave a positive one. Now when my drink arrives, everyone knows I just want a splash of milk and my drink is made to perfection. Thank you
I am not a fan of the barista's at this location. I recently moved and this is my nearest Starbucks and they do not make coffee the way I order it. They mix the coffee and milk together in iced espresso drinks, which I do not believe to be standard. I've ordered iced espresso drinks from multiple coffee shops including other Starbucks and they add the ice, coffee and then milk last. This is the 4th day in a row where I was unhappy with my drink and since there is no way to leave notes on the mobile order I will have to go in and speak to a barista until they are familiar with my drink order.I am very disappointed. Also they make you wait in line for mobile orders when the whole point of mobile orders it to save time. An incredibly rude barista made me wait while she helped 2 other customers when my drink was ready and just sitting. very...
Read moreI recently visited Starbucks and ordered ahead through the mobile app, which I thought would streamline my experience. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that my order hadn’t even begun preparation, despite having chosen the option for my drink to be ready upon arrival.
As I waited, I noticed several other customers’ names being called one after another while mine remained stagnant on the board. After about 15 frustrating minutes, I inquired about the status of my order. The staff informed me that the system sometimes skips names but assured me that they would check on it. Miraculously, the moment I voiced my concern, my order was suddenly prioritized, and I received my drink shortly after.
While I appreciate the quality of Starbucks beverages, the inconsistency with the mobile ordering system was frustrating. It would be beneficial for the store to improve its order management process to ensure that customers who place mobile orders aren’t left waiting while others are served. Overall, I hope my next visit is smoother, as I do enjoy...
