Came here for the sylvannas. Delicious! These were unique to other sylvannas I've tried since they have 3 layers of meringue instead of the 2 I'm familiar with. Having that extra meringue layer adds great texture and improves the meringue to cream filling ratio. I am also a fan of how well the meringue is baked. Great job.
I also tried the pork sisig. Generous portion with the two sunny side up eggs. This must be a different style because I'm used to sisig being spicier with a stronger calamansi flavor. Thankfully, they had vinegar available and that brought the flavor profile closer to what I am used to....

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional but unfortunately our most recent trip we witnessed an altercation between two staff members that got loud and aggressive.
