If it were possible for me to give 0 or negative stars I would. I am baffled at how often and how badly they mess up orders especially considering you wait 40 minutes to recieve yours. Everytime I go to this taco bell something is forgotton and I also have to wait forty minutes. They make you reverse to lie about their times. They make you come inside instead of running food out when its late. In order to get a refund you must go inside. This last time not only did they forget two items in my order the food I got was disgusting and looked like they had beat it before they gave it to me. The burrito was covered in beans on the outside like they threw some on or squeezed it. The taco shell was broken and soggy. The power bowls rice was subbed for beans. I am disappointed beyond words. Corporate complaints don't do anything. The manager was working tonight when I called. Obviously, with this taco bell there is no chance for improvement. If the manager is working and food is still messed up and as often as it is I highly recommend you do not go to this taco bell. If you do you will be donating your time and money to them because you will not recieve all your items I can almost guarantee it. And you will wait at least 20 minutes for your order to be wrong. Read moreLine after hours.. was like 25 cars deep.. and after waiting an hour.. only got meal which wasn't even mine it was for a door dash: bc I went up to the late night pick up window and asked about my order and seriously it was only because of one employee there who was a shining star that went out of her way to make sure that I got my meal, like pronto, because she saw my frustration and she was super cool. Otherwise I would be givINGone star about everything there I mean I don't know understand why a fast food joint has so many cars waiting on them and they had so many meals sitting there ready for customers to pick them up.. who were probably just in the drive thru line waiting for them..Like what takes so long? aren't you streamlined enough to be able to make the food pretty quick I don't understand it at all, it was a terrible waste of an hour of my life.. at least my customer was cool about the waiting and even understood enough to apologize to me about having to wait there for his food and the cool person that they was gave me a whole extra dollar tip so you know I guess it wasn't so bad....or wait..lol....the old Chihuahua mascot dog would turn over in his grave..lol.. muttering, "¡no quiero mas...
Read moreThe workers are unbelievably rude! The manager was even worse! While we were at the kiosk ordering I witnessed one of the workers throw a bag at a gentleman that politely said his order was to go as he was handed a tray, so he had to bag his food himself on top of that he told the same worker he was missing part of his order and she grabbed the bag out of his hand and said it wasn’t his order right after him, another customer asked the manager for extra sauce and she rudely said that “we only give 5 sauces per taco” which was ridiculous. I felt so frustrated, that I spoke up and said customer service! The manager came to the counter and said and I kid you not “what is it that you need”? Very rudely! I explained my frustration with customer service and she threw her hands up a literally just walk away from me! Needless to say we didn’t order our food. Not only that I asked her for the store number and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about but another patron told her that every store has a number she rattled the number off so quick I didn’t get it, but again the other patron asked her to write it down for me….she again threw her hands up and walked away Super rude and...
